The two ladies who came to our house to clean the upholstery were very pleasant, efficient, and anxious to make sure we were comfortable with the smell of the product they were using, as my wife is very sensitive to certain odors right now. Everything worked out great, and the couches look clean, bright, and ready to last another few years!

3 stars for professionalism and personable staff, but the portable cleaner didn't work for my area rug. I just don't think it allows for deep penetration into the carpet fibers nor strong enough of a vacuum. I have to find someone that can use the traditional equipment or tackle it myself. I think staff should be able to assess on the front end if a portable will work or not.

I was looking for a company that is specialized in upholstery as previous carpet cleaning companies were great at carpet but not upholstery and these ladies did a phenomenal job. Professional, efficient, diligent to the details and the furniture looks new again. Thank you so so much.

I had an amazing experience with Simply Clean! I was able to book my cleaning the same day I called, and the ladies were very punctual (early!). I had several areas of my carpets that were quite dirty, and they looked BRAND NEW afterwards! There was no water hookup needed, and the carpet dried quickly. I would absolutely recommend to anyone, and I'll be booking with them again! Fabulous job, ladies!!

I highly recommend this carpet cleaning business. I just happened to see the business truck at a house in my neighborhood and made an appointment. I have already told my sister and next door neighbor how clean my carpet is and how fresh the house smelled afterwards. I only have carpet upstairs bedrooms, stairs, and small lhallway/loft area. Stephanie and Amy were friendly, skilled and professional. They did a thorough job. I will definitely use this business again.

I highly recommend Simply Clean Carpet Care from Lexington. The ladies showed up exactly on time and got to work on the 10x13 area rug in our Great Room. They were finished in about an hour and our carpet - which hadn’t been fully cleaned since its purchase four years ago - looks like new. Price was quite reasonable and the service quick, thorough, and friendly. Would not hesitate to call on them again!

We chose Simply Clean because they had availability only a week out from our call, and because they have an all-female residential crew, which we love to support. The dispatcher was very helpful when we called for an estimate, and was able to provide our estimate on the spot with the measurements we provided.

The crew finished their first job of the day early, and called for permission to start at our house ahead of schedule. They cleaned the carpets in two large living spaces and two medium-sized bedrooms in less than two hours. The team was friendly and efficient. They were careful with our belongings, and understanding when our dogs were anxious about the machinery. They removed all the stains related to our puppy’s housetraining, and used an enzyme cleaner treatment that got everything smelling fresh again. Pricing was open and fair, and the visit ended up costing precisely what the dispatcher had estimated. The service was exactly what we had hoped for and we are very pleased. We plan to have them back this winter to clean some of our furniture upholstery. Recommended with confidence!

Incredible customer service - rescheduled me promptly when severe winter weather delayed our plans. Was able to get out stains in the carpet that a different company failed to get out previously. Was very flexible with my schedule in that I did not have to be home for this service to be completed. Very courteous and friendly staff, with reasonable rates for the 3 areas I needed cleaned. I will definitely be a return customer!
