I needed a one-time deep cleaning for my apartment after being ill for several months, so I reached out to Top Mops based on their positive reviews and professional, easy to navigate website. I'm so happy I did! Scheduling was handled efficiently and I was given detailed information - verbally and in writing - so expectations were clear. The gals who came to do the cleaning - Kierra, Savannah, and Madison - were SO kind, professional, and respectful. I work from home, so my dog and I were here at the time of the service, and they were really great about working around us. I was amazed that having three people in my home cleaning didn't feel disruptive or hectic at all - it was totally chill and pleasant. They did a FANTASTIC job and were so careful with all my things, I could tell they took a lot of care to thoroughly wipe down decorative items, books, etc., while putting everything back right where they found it. Lisa, who provided the initial quote and did the scheduling, was also lovely and gave detailed quotes for recurring services, as well, which is handy to have. I will definitely be calling them again when I need future help with cleaning at home!

My very first cleaning done by Top Mops Cleaning Service was performed by a very sweet young lady named Madison. She was anxious to see everything I wanted to show her and any special areas of cleaning. Madison did an excellent job cleaning my floors and carpets, dusting all of the furniture, cleaning the bathrooms, creating clean and shiny kitchen appliances and countertops and dusting blinds and shutters. She did a perfect job. I look forward to having her at my home again in 2 weeks.

I’m very pleased with Gabby’s service. She was professional, punctual, and did a meticulous job. Every area was handled with care, and the results were excellent. I’d be happy to have her back again!

We consistently get high quality service from our regular cleaner, Sam. She’s both thorough and thoughtful and frequently checks in with me. Today, she was training Skylar, and they made a great team!

Gabby, Brynn, & Kierra did an amazing job on my first deep clean with Top Mops. They were attentive to areas that are easy to overlook like baseboards behind toilets, tracks for sliding doors, and even got all the dog hair off my German Shepherd's bed, which is a feat! They were punctual and I appreciated the follow-up the next day to make sure I was completely satisfied.

So thankful for Top Mops services!!! After a recent back injury, cleaning (especially floors) was very difficult. The team arrived at the scheduled time and did a wonderful deep clean on our home!!!
