I have had nothing but positive experiences with Molly Maids. From our first meeting to estimate costs to our cleaning days to interactions with the office for rescheduling or payments, it’s always pleasant and they always work to do what we need.

These folks are professional, trustworthy and they do great work.

My friend just had a baby so I hired Molly Maids to deep clean their house. It was kind of short notice, but they fit her right in. I called over the phone, and the lady I talked to made it very easy to schedule. The ladies that cleaned the house were super nice and did a fantastic job. My friend cried tears of joy at how clean her house was.

Never had a maid and never really thought about hiring one until I saw it time to give my wife a little break. Honestly.. she said they did a marvelous job. So I'll definitely be having them come back more often! ☺️

The three ladies who came to my house were sweet and very efficient. They did a fabulous job in two hours.

The 2 ladies did an excellent job and got up dirt and grime which had been there for years.

I used Molly Maids for the first time this week and they were wonderful. After trying out a few other cleaning services, and I'm glad I found them! They were professional, courteous, and timely. I love that they're local and reasonably priced. I am excited to have them clean my home again next month!

We needed a one time deep clean before taking pictures to list our house.
The Molly Maid crew showed up on time and went straight to work.
Some items were left off the cleaning list and we called to ask them to come back out. They came back first thing the next day and made it right for no extra charge.

Kendra and Jennifer were the people that came by this afternoon to clean my apartment as i was moving out. They were kind, polite, professional and attentive to detail. moreover they also worked quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Molly Maid for any cleaning service- specially for moving out of your apartment. Everything was top tier. Be patient as the juice is definitely worth the squeeze here.

The 2 Molly Maid employees who clean my 93 yr old mothers house are excellent and do a meticulous job every time the clean. Very trustworthy and caring. Very high moral character. Helped my mother after she had tripped coming into the house. They waited until I arrived and were genuinely concerned about her well being. I’m a college student commuting so no time to deep clean. My dad told me he hired this team to surprise my mom. No details, j that they would vacuum. I ended up being surprised too! My room is the best it’s looked in months!! Everything is in the right place & totally spotless! I hope the people who did this see this review. I NEED to thank them! They even did a little decorating! They’re above and beyond + personal! Love your decor taste! ;) If I would’ve known I would’ve left y’all a little something! More reason to hire you again! This made my YEAR!! I will totally recommend this company to others.

I just signed up with Molly Maid. They came yesterday for the “first cleaning”, which was great. Very friendly - brought their own equipment and supplies. I plan on using them every 2 weeks!

My experience with Molly maid was made wonderful thanks to Jerry and Whitney! They thoroughly cleaned every part of the house that I needed cleaned and went above and beyond cleaning things I hadn’t even thought about cleaning or checking! They were very kind and worked quickly to get my house looking spotless!

Molly Maid was amazing! We did a one time of the three bathrooms in our house and it was worth every penny. They deep cleaned every part of it and it was such a weight off of my shoulders to have it done. I would highly recommend them!

Molly Maids are great company. They do good job and if they miss something - it’s very easy to get in touch with the company and get them to come back and redo what they missed. I am a very satisfied customer. However few things could be improved like their scheduling. It would be good to provide time when cleaners are coming instead of just sending an email with just a day when they come. And no idea what time.
Which means person has to take entire day off waiting for them like I did today. 🙏

This is the cleanest my house has ever been! They used wet rags to even wipe down all of the trim and baseboards and it looks like a brand new house! Highly recommend! Our bathrooms are sparkling too. Phenomenal job in my opinion!
