I have had nothing but good experiences with both the office staff and the ladies who come to clean. They come to my house every other week and do a thorough cleaning job. I love coming home to a clean house. I no longer have to spend my weekend cleaning after working all week. And it may seem like a little thing but I am so happy not to have to change my sheets - just layout clean sheets and come home to a bed made with clean, crisp sheets.
Yes, the cost is a bit higher than hiring someone directly. But for me, I am happy to pay a little more for a professional company with vetted employees.

I called Molly Maid for a one time cleaning after spending most of the summer away from home. The employees were friendly, and helpful. Making a one time appoint the same week was very easy. The cleaning over all was done well. I do feel like they should have spent a little more time cleaning up dust on the wood floors. I did have to vacuum the wood after the cleaning. They did well on the bathrooms and bedrooms. Overall I may try another agency to see how they do.

I must have had a different cleaning team than others reviewing here. From the time they arrived, it was evident they were not interested in working. Did not even do the bare minimum - floors and counters hadn't even been touched. Not quite sure what they DID do. WERE very interested in collecting their money and leaving. Couldn't even tell my place had been "cleaned." Rate was very high considering the amount of work done. Would strongly recommend AGAINST Molly Maid if you're interested in having an at least adequate job done.

These gals do a great job! I started using them over the last few months after a bad experience with another company. They pay close attention to detail and are willing to do whatever is needed. I would highly recommend them.

I have them come in once a month to dust, mop, scrub the shower, tubs and sinks. Things that I don’t want to spend the time doing myself. They do a great job and the people are friendly and efficient. The office staff is friendly and helpful and works with me to change my scheduled cleaning when my work schedule gets changed. I am happy to pay for their work because it frees me to do the things that I want to do, rather than clean the house.

Everyone on the staff was professional and very helpful. I was in a huge time crunch and they worked me in and got me taken care of with great professionalism and service. My new home looked tremendous when I arrived after work. The hand written thank you card was a very nice personal touch. Highly recommend and greatly appreciated.

Last two scheduled cleanings had poor communication and punctuality.
First time the appointment was supposed to be around 10:45am but didn't show up until close to 4pm. The time confirmation email states that you would get a call if the arrival time was more than an hour late, but that didn't happen.
This cleaning was originally scheduled for 10:01am but then another email stated 4:21pm, which is fine because it let me do some laundry and keep working from home. The crew showed up at 12:19pm without a call again and I was out of the house picking up lunch and finishing an errand....fortunately, I wasn't in the shower or changing when they arrived.
This is completely unacceptable because like most people, this service is a convenience for time. In both instances, a phone call to let me know of either the delay by 5 hours or an early arrival of 4 hours would have made all of the difference.
Because I work from home and have a pet, the scheduling is as important as the cleaning itself. Having the cleaning company show up late or early without notification basically ruins the entire day.
The actually cleaning is above average but hits the major items, but isn't great with floors and countertops which isn't a big deal.

I was so anxious to have them come over, I had some personal issues and had gotten extremely behind in all things home. I was fearful they would look at my place and be like nope, don't think so.. but they came in like true professionals and started getting everything ready before I had even had time to apologize.

I knew I'd be asking questions and apologizing the whole time they were here, so I had removed myself from the apartment to let them do their thing.

Let me say, these women were complete Rockstars, when it came to my home. It smelled so fresh and everything was wiped down and looking brand new! They went threw everything and decluttered, got the baseboards scrubbed down, organized my bathroom, cleaned my couches, cleared off my catch all couch. I was in tears it looks so amazing.

I had to call the company, which unfortunately was closed when I got around to it, I left a voice-mail and told them i was afraid to pee in my own toilet because i didn't want to touch anything! This was not the apartment I left and I'm so grateful for it.

Stacy, Kendra and Jewel are absolutely amazing! Seriously I can't say enough about their work!

This is a direct quote from an email I sent the day I received my service:

Hi I received my service today and I wanted to give some feedback and potential discuss booking another service:

- 3 staff members came and performed cleaning for our house. The ladies were very friendly and two offered some art advise for my son (greatly appreciated 🥰)

The kids rooms and kids bathroom look great
The great room, kitchen, laundry room, and breakfast room look great. The master bathroom looks great

The master bedroom was a bit different, one of the blinds was knocked apart (piece fell off maybe while attempting to dust) and was left un-dusted and not put back together. It snaps back on, so we put it back together ourselves no problem. The ceiling fan was not dusted, and the top section of both windows (above the blinds where there is an open half moon window) was not dusted. The blinds themselves, which I specifically mentioned was my biggest concern, were raised so the windows could be cleaned, but the the blinds weren’t dusted first. The furniture was partially dusted, the bedside table and dresser were but headboard was not. Just little things seemed to have been overlooked.

**added material** it appears the main bedroom was started, and about a quarter of the way through she left - nothing was done on 3 of the walls, furniture, ceiling fan, windows, pictures, etc). **

The long and the short of it is that after they left, I spent time finishing the master bedroom dusting, and yes, my dust level was bad, so it will need to be dusted again, and again, because it is still dusty. Maybe she dusted it, but wasn’t able to get it all, but definitely missed the blinds, the above blinds window area, and the ceiling fan.

**added material** - I would like to say that I have scheduled a 2nd appointment and will see how it goes. I was mostly happy but felt that the person who was assigned the main bedroom just left in the middle of cleaning and didn’t finish it and no one bothered to tell me, and that was upsetting. I also got the vibe that the one woman who left my room undone had issues with the other women, there seemed to be some animosity, or tension, and when the ending walk through happened she was not in the house.

In regards to the “broken” blind, the front piece pops off, it’s an easy fix, and we fixed it, but again, no communication. I felt like I was taken through everything extremely quickly and couldn’t really evaluate what was there until after they left.

Happy with 2 of the 3 staff members and 2/3 of the work. We’ll see what happens on the next visit, if it’s good, I’ll be a regular customer.

My girls are amazing!! Always on time and makes sure every last detail is complete!! I love my house and I love coming home to it freshly cleaned!! They do an awesome job!! Highly recommended!!

Molly Maid strives to please. They always are willing to communicate, or follow specific directions in my home. They are diligent in working hard, as well as being flexible. Their reliability is awesome. Knowing that the same 2 pleasant people will arrive is part of the pleasure. Kim is the best ever and with Mary , they make an even more awesome team. The rates are very reasonable once the parameters are set for what your expectations are and adhered to.

I had Molly Maid come in to clean last week - a DEEP one time cleaning - and it was fantastic! I highly recommend this company!

I hired them to help with someone else's home and they cleaned above my expectations. It was not an easy home to clean and they really took such great care of the person that lived there and her home. Madison, Sarah, and Destiny - I cannot thank you enough for the amazing cleaning job and for being so kind.

I called for a deep clean, I have never hired a cleaning service before. They came in my small apartment that was already not that much to clean but I told them they didn’t have to clean one of the rooms (the bigger room) or my closet. Even after that, they still charged me $164. They didn’t even get my kitchen counters well, still a little grainy. Floors look great, bathroom looks great until you open the extra shower my roommate and I have. It was not clean, only our bathtub was clean. The floors in my room are carpet, and when I got back home there was still stuff on my floor. Also, my table is not wiped off in my room. They didn’t even get under my side table. With how little my apartment is and it not being fully cleaned, they are way too expensive and it was ridiculous. I only give three stars because they did some of their job atleast, and the woman who answered the phone was nice and helpful. But sadly this will be my first and definitely last using them

I was amazed with their work. I called the office when they left to let you know how very pleased with the ladies! They dusted the interior windows and Venetian blinds. This is my first use of maids and was greatly surprised. Already referred them to a friend

Ashley and Brooke were great! Excellent job, and quite inexpensive. Our house was really needing work and we appreciated their help very much - we will ask for them again.

Dawn & Rosie always do a good job in our home. They work efficiently and are respectful of us and our home. We appreciate that the same crew comes to the house as often as possible as we have trust in them. Also, when I have called the office on occasion, Kathleen is super friendly and always tries to work with our schedule. Thank you for your service!

My ladies (Stacy & Ashley) are FABULOUS & always do such a GREAT cleaning job!! They are both very professional, polite, friendly & wonderful!! My house is always SO clean after they are done. Anytime I need to change or update my cleaning schedule & I need to call the office, I am always very pleased with their assistance as well. This is a GREAT company & am glad I found them!!

Cleaning services are fine but why was my Amex charged $215.04.
