Wonderful service and staff. My house always looks great after a visit from Merry Maids

Merry Maids of Lexington has been an absolute lifesaver, work has been so busy the last few months, and ive been required to work 60, 70, 80 hours every week. It got to the point where I couldn't keep up anymore. I was at wits end and my home was getting worse by the day. My sister suggested Merry Maids so, with nothing left to lose, I gave it a chance. The next day, Missy came over and when I got home it was like a brand new house all over again. Now, I use merry maids every single week and now, I don't have to worry about coming home after a 16 hour shift to more work! The entire crew over there are total professionals!

I've been using them for over a year now and I have to say for the most part I've been extremely pleased not only with the job they do but with how promptly they correct anything that might have gotten missed. The administrative staff are always very polite and professional, warm and welcoming and the cleaning crew is professional and courteous.

Quick and reliable.. rarely any problems and if they have any problems management team actually listens and takes care of it. Lori always makes sure that even if it's short notice or emergency that my house gets taken care of before I have guests or family come by.

I do not recommend this place at all. I asked for 2 hours cleaning my house of bathrooms, baseboard and window ledges. I specifically said call me after 2 hours if you need more time to clean it all so I can have an idea about the price. I did not receive any call and the window ledges were not clean and they left the bathroom vanities dirty as you see in the picture. I ended up clean it by myself and I was not satisfy at all.

We used Merry Maids for almost a year. The work and workers are inconsistent and they had to come back and redo their work multiple times. The only times I got a thorough cleaning was when the quality manager came. The last time I called to let them know they told me they were spending too much time picking up toys. And basically said I should look for another company. Isn’t that the point of a cleaning service for a busy family? I will share my experience with this company.

Fantastic work! Kind and flexible teams and individuals who always make constructive use of time cleaning entirety of home. Not to mention impressive ability to accomplish all this while somehow ignoring loud barking of our dogs!

I recently had a cleaning session with Tristyn and couldn’t be happier with the results! She was warm, professional, and clearly loves her work. She paid warm attention to every corner—dusting, floors, kitchen, bathrooms—everything looked spotless when she was done. Plus, she thoughtfully suggested leaving a note next time if any extra areas need attention—something I really appreciated. Thanks to her care and eye for detail, my home feels refreshed. I'll definitely book Tristyn again!

I must be mistaken on what it means to deep clean. They did not touch the baseboards,walls, or cabinet faces. They completely missed the laundry room. If I had paid for a basic cleaning the job would have maybe been a 4.

Hired movers to “deep clean” a vacant house we bought before moving in. They finished in only 2 hours despite being told they could take up to 3-4 hours. When we got in, there was still visible dirt and grime on cabinets, in the tub/sinks, and on counters. We called to voice our displeasure, and sent pictures, and even though the manager agreed the job was not done well, they told us they would send out cleaners again but charge us for their time. I requested a partial refund for their poor job and they said they would call me back but never did. I would not recommend this service. At least Missy, the person who scheduled me on the phone, was nice.

Merry Maids is a great service. The management and team members are very kind and respectful. If you have any issues using the service they immediately try to fix the problem! They try their hardest to make sure its the same cleaner every time and communicate very well! Great services!

They charge $300 for the first time cleaning for a 1B1B(525 sqt ) apartment. I feel like they didn't clean it. They even left trash on the floor; the outside of the oven and refrigerator left obvious stain; they didn't even wipe my desk. I don't think it worth the money. They ended up charging me 150.I DO NOT recommend this.

The detail oriented approach to make the overall cleaning experience a fantastic endeavor was highly successful and appreciated! The team of two professionals did a great job and hopefully are the team coming back soon!! Love them!!

Service was exceptional!! It was a last-minute clean, and they were able to accommodate same day service, which was amazing. Arabella did an awesome job and I would definitely go with them again in my new apartment.

Kara does a great job checking in each week to make sure we have a clean facility. She's very professional and takes any minor concerns very seriously.
