I am disappointed by the customer service at this place. We had a good experience previously, but our recent job was not up to standards at all. I left several messages to let the company know, because they usually send someone to re-do the job. Kara, the lady who answered my phone basically said that they did not reply to my messages because there was nothing that they could do about it. They usually check on customer satisfaction after each cleaning job, which they did not complete. They only sent me a survey after my card was charged. I was specific in my grievances in the survey, and I never received a call back from the company. They only relied on their cleaner to relay this information, they never once reached out to us. I asked to speak to their manager, and she stated that she was not allowed to give us his information, and he MAY give me a call. I would caution anyone who uses their service for monthly cleaning, because they clearly dropped the ball and refused to take any responsibility. If you do use them, please make sure that it is a requirement for them to call you and check on their work, before they charge your card (for monthly cleanings).

I called up Tidy Tim and spoke with the girl who set up the cleaning. She made all sorts of promises about how their professional cleaners would do a fantastic job and will be to my liking for sure. I was really excited. I even arranged for my dogs to be offsite to make it easier for the cleaners to move about throughout my small home. I say "cleaners"..plural because I was promised "a team of professional cleaners" would be in my home anywhere from 4 to 6 hours. You can imagine to my surprise that 1 lady showed up who is 5 months pregnant. Needless to say I was furious. When I called to get why this was happening, I was argued with and told the above was not what was told to me. I assured the person on the phone..he called himself the CEO of the company that I recorded each call and to be called a liar was just one of the many reasons I will NOT recommend Tidy Tim to anybody.

Josh did a house clean for my mother who is currently recovering from cancer and hasn’t been able to move around much. He went above and beyond for her! Would recommend him and this company to anyone, anywhere. He was so sweet and took the time to make sure she was satisfied with the results before ever trying to leave. Thank you Josh Walker for taking the time to do such a wonderful job for her! And thank you to Tidy Tim for having such respectful hardworking employees like him!

Looking for a cleaning service, so reading all the reviews. To the owner; Why do you answer only the positive reviews, and not the negative ones? No answer for these seemingly legitimate complaints? Or what? As a prospective client, I’d be interested to know what you have to say about these. Of course, if you have no reply, perhaps that speaks volumes. Just sayin’.

They were fantastic. My sister has been at the hospital with our mother for several days. I live out of state and not able to be there all the time. I had Two Maids and a Mop come and clean her house for her . She was thrilled. She said they came in and got the entire house cleaned in no time. They were impressive. It was such a treat to come home to a Sparkling clean house. Thank you ladies !!!!

This was the first time we used Two Maids and I am incredibly impressed! After having a few different companies that left us less than satisfied, Two Maids was a breath of fresh air! They were prompt, respectful, and did an amazing job!!! Will continue using this company for the foreseeable future!

I have never had someone come and clean for us, but our apartment was in terrible shape. My wife and I just never had time to do a thorough and proper cleaning, so I decided to try Two Maids and a Mop and purchased the deep cleaning package. They arrived within the first bit of their arrival window, cleaned better than I had even hoped for and made our home feel amazing. When I walked in the door I could not believe just how nice everything looked. I don't have the money to purchase this on a regular basis, but I would absolutely love to. Maybe a small cleaning from time to time. We also live in Richmond, so it was amazing that they were willing to travel for no additional cost.

Two Maids provided an exceptional experience. They arrived within the allotted time window arrival time and they asked for a house tour. They were given instructions that the kitchen cabinets were extra sticky, so they could try to get adhesive residue off. Although they were unable to clean the adhesive residue away, they left a note to report they tried. The Two Maids who completed the job were very nice. When my husband and I came home, the home felt very clean!

Booked a deep clean for an aging family member. They arrived when scheduled and did a good job, but several items were damaged during the process. A huge custom art print over the fireplace somehow fell after they cleaned it, damaging the custom frame and gouging a huge chunk out of the actual print. When it fell, it also crashed onto a large arrangement of silk flowers (like banquet table centerpiece-sized) and damaged those as well. The curtain rod in one upstairs bedroom was also laying in pieces on the floor when they were finished. There were also hand-crafted guitars that were left lying up against each other which would have caused damage had the home owner not seen and fixed it.

I would love to offer you a reasonable explanation for this damage of property, but after MANY (estimating 7-8) attempts at contacting this company, I CANNOT get anyone to return my call to offer any sort of explanation. This is the first time I have been able to get this family member to allow a cleaning service into his home, and he has let me know that it will also be the last. They did clean the home, but he felt violated enough by the way his belongings were handled that he is done. I understand that things happen, but I don't understand why a person who owns a business cannot simply return a phone call to explain why. I feel like this is a fluke thing based on other reviews I have read, but I guess we will never know. Also, just for reference sake, cost of clean was over $400, which I understood and agreed to prior. Not complaining about the price. Estimated value of the permanently damaged picture and frame is over $750 and flowers over $350. Just saying.

I’ve used this service many times before and never had a problem but this last time over the last week, I’ve noticed multiple items missing from my house. Most importantly being my switch, which was about a $500 console. I will not be using the service again.

It was great! Cindy and Asia were very professional and friendly and the house is super clean. I'm no longer able to care for my home as I'd like so this has been such a blessing for me. I can't tell you all how appreciative I am.

We are very pleased with the services provide by the cleaners sent from Two maids and a mop!! They do a very thorough job, ask questions and are always professional and kind. I do request they wear masks while in my home due to my personal situation, which they always do!! Everything is very clean, especially the bathrooms. And they don’t use harsh smelling cleaning agents, which is also important to me. Very happy with this company, the helpful staff & cleaners!! I recommend this company!!
