Absolutely wonderful service!!!! Had Two Maids come in to do a deep clean on a house that hasn't had a lot of love in the past year. Now it looks fabulous! They did a terrific job! 3 ladies, Cindy, Freddie, and Tamila all showed up on time and ready to go! Every time I checked in they were down on their hands and knees cleaning base boards or scrubbing floors. They were not in a rush, they took their time and it showed! They also scrubbed the inside of the oven which I wasn't expecting but was certainly welcome! I'm now thinking of putting them on a regular rotation for cleaning.

I am genuinely convinced they did their best; but with poor “natural” cleaning supplies, it was very mediocre.
Two stars because they did come back out and try to make it right, but it didn’t make much difference, and I would not use their services again unfortunately.

Unbelievable! Blown away by the care and how well things were done. We just welcomed home our newest child from the Nicu and Two maids helped us so much by doing such a wonderful job. She made our home clean and consequently safer for our entire family. I am so thankful for that level of care and assistance during a very hectic time. I would recommend to anyone hands down!!!

I had my first clean a few days ago and was not pleased at all. I called the office and expressed my concerns, which were several. They wanted to send the crew back the next day, but I specially asked for one of the crew not to return. This was agreed to and the manager said that she would also be here. The next day 2 of the same ladies showed up (one of which I specially said not to) and the manager did not. Understandably, the two were not pleased with having to come back, but they were not rude. I offered to show them the problem areas, but they said they had a list and would follow that. The main problems were floor washing (nothing was moved including the kitchen chairs and you could see where they washed and they didn't. The bathtub and shower walls were barely touched. They rewashed the floors and did move the chairs, but nothing else such as the cat bed, etc. They did clean the sink this time, but never entered the bathroom. The manager never followed up with me, but did send an email asking if I wanted to tip. Gee, I don't think so. I responded and said that I would not be using this service again and to close my file. There are plenty of other cleaners out there who care about what they do. I will say that one lady (who didn't come back) was very good and detailed and did a few extra things. But still, the price isn't worth it for a job half done.

I hired Two Maids for my mother in laws house to be cleaned. I figured this would be a good way to help since I live so far and she is older and tired. My brother in law was using them, so I figured why not! However, his house is literally always clean because he is barely there. So of course it will look like they cleaned. They probably went in there and hardly did nothing and collect their money.

As for my mother in laws house, My error was to give them the benefit of the doubt. The first time I complained was towards the beginning and they said please be patient as they are training new people. So I was and my mother in law gave them the benefit of the doubt as well. However, she doesn’t like to really complain and when she told me to cancel, I questioned it. We have paid and just a couple times they did okay and maybe two others a great job. This should be done every time as we are paying. We should not have to call and complain for a decent job to be done.

So now I have canceled service and requested to either be refunded or for they to reclean twice without a charge. Today they went and again did a terrible job. Supervisor was suppose to attend and watch, don’t believe that happened as they did terrible. The sad part is I gave the opportunity for this to be corrected and for them to reclean. Now I want my money back for the last cleaning.

Just because we did not complain, and we gave the benefit of the doubt and were patient does not mean we should be taken advantage. We paid for service and we should receive what is promoted/promised.

If this is not resolved corporate will be next in line for me to reach out to as this was and continues to be unacceptable.

Just because I have canceled does not mean I shouldn’t get a great resolution. I canceled to your negligence.

Look forward to this being resolved ASAP!

This company is great. They’re reasonably priced, they show up, and they commitment to making sure you’re happy with the job is second to none. Regina is just straight up amazing.

Hired this company to do a deep clean and it was not acceptable according to what was promised . Offered a re do, and same team came out and did better but certainly not what was paid for. Manager promised to inspect after they cleaned, but, did not show So, was told they would come back for second re do, and it was better but certainly not what I paid for. I only expected what I paid for, not just a FREEBIE. I had told them if they resolved this, I would continue to use them for cleaning. I will not use them, and neither will I recommend this company..They make a lot of promises that are certainly not kept

Brittany and Jacqueline did a great job. We are very pleased with the results.

Started out good but then the cleans just turned poor quality. I gave them multiple chances to improve but it really just turned into a disappointment each time I came home and the job was poor quality. Their billing is also inconsistent, I haven’t had the service for some months and a random charge came through with no notice. I called to follow up and was told they did an audit and submitted for a clean that was done 4 months ago. The positive is their manager, Regina is very pleasant.

Carla and Jasmin did a great job cleaning my house. The company is very easy to work with and always responsive if I need to change an appointment.

Our negative experience with Two Maids had everything to do with billing. We canceled service in June, but the manager at the time didn't inform us that we would receive a charge in JULY for that cancelation. It came to our attention a month later that we canceled "too close" to the appointment, even though they called that day and asked to reschedule. I do feel this is demonstrative of a lack of transparency.

Only after we saw the unexpected charge in JULY did we reach out- and instead of listening, empathizing, and taking responsibility, the new manager, Katie doubled down and refused to make it right. This kind of retroactive billing without consent or disclosure feels unprofessional.

Due to our experience here, we will never use this company again and strongly encourage others to read the fine print so you don't end up with surprise charges, even after canceling.

Asked for a deep clean at the cost of $500. What a joke. They legit did nothing and the fans and baseboards were not touched at all. Mirrors weren’t wiped and they didn’t vacuum under the couches. Whatever they used in my counter tops left them with a nasty film. The house wasn’t any cleaner than before I hired them.

Brittany and Lacy were amazing. I felt so comfortable with them and they did a terrific job cleaning!

Two Maids came out to our house today and everything is pretty much spotless. It looks good, it smells good and they even cleaned the oven which we didn’t expect…Our experience is that they went above and beyond and exceeded expectations while also being very pleasant to interact with. I definitely recommend!

We have enjoyed having Two Maids helping keep things tidy. Lacy and Elizabeth were great.

They were in my house for 45 minutes. They did not dust my living room, primary bedroom or guest room. They did not clean either bathroom. They did not clean the kitchen counters. We paid them $175 and still had to clean our house. The owner said she would give us a discount, which she did not. Take yourselves to a nice dinner with your $175 and clean your own house, because they won't clean it and you'll be out $175.

Update: My wife booked your service and it was definitely brought to your attention. We have text messages and call records to prove it.
