The Brothers were so prompt, professional, and very easy to work with! They did amazing work on my old gutters, and have them looking like new! I highly recommend!

My gutters were damaged by a recent snow storm. Armando and his team at The Brothers That Just Do Gutters exceeded expectations from the initial booking, to the estimate, to the job completion. Excellent communication and updates throughout process. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing gutter repair or replacement.

What a awesome bunch of workers. They came and did exactly what they do best. They checked our old gutters and they were bad. Had new gutters up fast, and not 1 piece of debris left behind. I enjoyed talking with them. They were fast a professional. Highly recommend this company for all your gutter needs. You won't be disappointed.

“I used SERVPRO while I was living in Texas when my home flooded years ago and they were awesome. They are a highly recommended national company so I called them for a cleanup job for their services in East Louisville. There was an accident at our condominium complex where a gentleman fell on the property stairs. He landed hard and bled several units of blood. This happened after normal 8-5 working hours but SERVPRO is a 24 hour company. I contacted
SERVPRO and reached a dispatcher who passed my information to a service technician. The dispatcher said that he would call within the hour and he called within 5 minutes. He was VERY polite and detailed while discussing the job. He was very willing to come that night, however he informed me that the rate would be higher for “after hours”.

He was very helpful in determining that since the building was securely locked, someone could come in the morning to help save us a higher fee. Not only did he answer my questions, but he told me exactly what to expect in terms of who was going to contact me regarding the required job. I was contacted first thing in the morning and they were on property within the hour. They did a MAGNIFICENT job. They were EXTREMELY detailed in scrubbing and cleaning the entire area deep in the grout as well as the rug. They left a fan on the rug and came later that day to ensure it was completely dry. They were professional in EVERY aspect and very, very nice. They were not in a hurry but very diligent and thorough in their work. We are so grateful for everyone involved. They helped us through a traumatic experience and we are very grateful for their help. We would absolutely rate them 5 stars where 5 is the highest number of satisfaction in every aspect of the job. We'd like to personally thank Project Estimator Jeff Maurer and cleaning technician Stevie Watson who were both onsite. AWESOME work gentlemen. I also want to thank the initial on-call “after hours” contact technician Randy, who returned my call on 11/22/2021 and explained everything. I’d also like to thank the dispatcher for ensuring I received an immediate return call. Thank you all for doing a wonderful job. You impressed everyone at the complex with everything you did. Vladimir & his crew were some of the hardest working people & they got the job done fast & great. Can't wait for the finished product. SERVPRO was here within hours to take care of a water leak that went through three stories of the home. They were kind, they worked efficiently, and did a thorough job of removing all water and potential mold sources from the home. They stored materials from the home as directed, and worked well with us and we’re always always professional.

Servepro did a restoration of our kitchen and basement after a water leak. Our project manager was unbelievable! He was incredibly thorough, detailed oriented and very knowledgeable. I was so impressed with his ability to make everything happen in a very timely fashion! Everyone that worked with us from Servepro was courteous,, professional and respectful of our home.

The other men, Ben, Dylan and Charles were always professional and did a wonderful get all the damaged material out of the house!

We hired Serv Pro because of the reviews. We had soooo many issues with them. They used the restroom and left poop in the toilet and on the outside of the toilet. They did not clean up after themselves. We had to call and tell them to come back and clean up. It still wasn't very clean. They had to do a demolition and out kitchen stove was very dirty and they never covered it while doing the project. They had to use our electricity to run the fans to dry things out because they ran out of generators so it took 2 weeks to dry everything out. It was tough getting into contact with their reconstruction after they dried out the house so we had to go through another company. We were told it would take 3 weeks for Serv pro to dry, demo, and reconstruct. We are 4 months in with another company. I will neverrrr use them again. I kept asking the project manager about various issues with the house when we did out final walk thru and he kept saying that "I don't know, I will get back with you." They tore up our house on Cecil Avenue

ServPro was professional and did an amazing job on our home. We had a grease fire in our kitchen and they were nothing short of amazing. From clean up to repairs, they were great to work with. James was the project manager for the cleaning side of ServPro and he was wonderful! He always addressed any concerns we had and great at communicating with us. For the repairs, Adrian was project manager and he was as equally amazing. He answered all questions and concerns that we had. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with their work. I couldn't recommend ServPro more for your needs. They really do stand by their slogan!

As an operations manager for a local contractor, I understand the importance of having hardworking employees who can work together efficiently, and productively throughout a project.  That said, I cannot say enough about how impressed I was by the crew of Roberto and Carlos.

Roberto's confidence and professionalism helped to ease my mind on the stressful ordeal of having water damage throughout my living area.  Both Roberto and Carlos stayed on task from the moment that they arrived each day to moment that they left.  Furniture and other items were moved as needed and handled with care as if they were their own.  Their teamwork flowed comfortably and confidently, even when additional employees were sent to assist.  Both gentlemen were friendly, hardworking consummate professionals and it was clear that these men are a huge asset to the ServPro team.

The responsiveness of Robert and Patrick was also great.  I could tell that they care about the job and the customer.  After nearly a week I had not heard from the insurance adjuster and Patrick was able to answer some questions/concerns that I had about how that process is typically handled.  This team clearly strives for excellence.  Thank you all for your help and keep up the great work!

Servpro exceeded expectations. When a pipe burst in our home, Servpro provided outstanding mitigation to limit the damage. Later, their restoration team was exceptional as well. They communicated that we would have to wait a few weeks for the restoration due to a backlog of homes damaged by storms, and they were well worth the wait. Mike, Clay, John and their team did a great job with the restoration. The, "move out" and later,
"move back in" teams did a great job too. Today Keith and Bryan and their team went the extra mile in not only returning our belongings to the basement but helping us set back up our shelves and doing a couple of extras that were greatly appreciated. We are more than satisfied I highly recommend this company.

Mike and the crew Rafael, Carlos and Ruslan have done an amazing job. They have been very professional and taken the time to answer all the questions we have. They packed and moved all of the stuff that needed to be moved with great care. Would recommend them to anyone.
