An absolutely disgusting, predatory company. We were quoted $1-1.5k for water mitigation services after the bad flooding last month. Water had already cleared from the affected area before Servpro arrived and all carpeting/padding had already been removed. Servpro removed baseboards, drilled holes to allow for ventilation, and prophylactically sprayed for mold, as detailed in the initial consult. One area of drywall was removed < 1 sq foot. No other demolition or repairs were needed. Our contact with Servpro knew that we would be out of the country when services were being provided. When we reached out to our contact about returning to our house to claim their equipment we received no response and fans were kept for additional days. Our final bill totaled $6.8k. These people will lie to your face and take advantage of you, look elsewhere if at all possible.

Devan and Ezequiel were very helpful with a bad situation. They made sure to be thorough and accommodating.

We had a flood in our driveway, garage, and basement. Servpro was there the next morning with 10 people cleaning, assessing the damage, and salvaging what they could.

Mike and Sammy and Wilmer removed flooring with mold in downstairs bathroom. Were here on time and left with clean bathroom. Very helpful and very polite. Thanks to you three for a good and well done job.

Alexi and his team cleared out all the damaged flooring caused by water in our basement. All damaged carpet, pad, vinyl flooring was removed from property to be disposed!
