Paul Davis came in and saved me from a previous contractor who was awful. They did great work, very kind and understanding. Mark, Brian, and Kurt were all amazing and I’d absolutely call them again if needed.

After repairs, I still have water leaking into my home, windows were glazed instead of replaced, they dismissed my concerns, and overall it felt like we were taken advantage of by Paul Davis in an insurance situation and given the bare minimum. Corners were cut and money was not properly used to fix our home by the team assigned to my home. They stored the toilet in my tub with no tarp and I not have rust and chips in the bottom of my tub.

I am exceedingly pleased with the generous and capable assistance we have received from Paul Davis by Chris Jenkins, the Estimator, Donnie Newton, the Mitigation Manager (crew supervisor) and Donnie's crew, thank you! Both are engaging and easily accessible to handle questions, responding well when adjustments to the mold mitigation plan must be made.

Donnie's kindness makes us feel like we have extended family members visiting to help us during our difficulty. I now appreciate the art form of building back better from an existing structure, rather than starting with a clean slate like new construction. My family's health has improved, and I sleep much better now that Chris and Donnie have carefully helped us clear the post-mitigation mold inspection.

I look forward to seeing Donnie's crew again in a few months to remove wood flooring from the remainder of our ground floor in order to place tile there to match what we chose for the most heavily impacted area during this current restoration work.

I highly recommend Paul Davis Restoration! We had a house fire on September 9th, 2022. It was about 7 pm on a Friday night, but that didn't stop Brian Vogel from leaving his dinner table to come to my back yard and help me navigate the situation. I had no idea what to do or where to turn. He was an angel showing up out of nowhere to guide me to make the right calls at the right time so we would have shelter for the night. He called upon his team at Paul Davis to come board up our home that night and help us get some clothing together for them to clean and bring back to our hotel within 48 hours. (It would have been 24 hours, but our clothing was almost beyond saving) The team at Paul Davis gave me much needed information as to what to expect while navigating the process of getting the damage looked at and estimated by my State Farm adjuster. Everyone that I encountered along the process was empathetic and helpful. Paul Davis also handled the demolition and rebuilding of my home. Paul Davis is a well orchestrated company and they work hard so we don't have to. The work they did to restore my home was great. I love my newly restored home. Thanks to everyone that helped me.

We had a basement sink overflow after a plumber forgot to turn off the tub when the water line was turned back on. We called Paul Davis, and they were at our home within about four hours to take care of the problem. It was a huge relief, to say the least. They were professional, reliable, and handled everything efficiently.

I hope I won’t need their services again anytime soon—but if I ever face another emergency like this, they’ll be the first ones I call!

Our condo building was suffering from water intrusion that had resulted in serious structural wood failures issue including sagging floors on several levels. Paul Davis's team of experts professionally returned the building to 'better than new'!

Over a month ago I called my insurance about a really large tree that has fallen in my backyard. Paul Davis sent a quote to my insurance. I'm still waiting for Paul Davis to call. Now I've received 2 calls wanting me to answer questions about the removal of the tree that Paul Davis has done. WHAT!!! They haven't even called or even sent me a contract. At this point I've already started calling other tree removal services. If they do call I'm not wasting anymore time with them. Unbelievable.

I so wish I could leave a 5 star review, that would mean our job was complete. We hired Paul Davis company for cleanup after river flooding. I gave 2 stars because the initial team worked hard on the debris removal and cleanup. However following them was the drying equipment. Fans/dehumidifiers were placed, one of the dehumidifiers appeared to be nonfunctional yet it was left running and not replaced. I hate that it was using all the power for nothing. Our contact person was barely responsive. He never communicated unless we contacted him. Perhaps they are short staffed? Finally we were told equipment to be removed Monday and the rest of the cleanup and disinfecting would be started Tuesday. No one came. They returned Tuesday and took out the equipment, we left access open for the team to continue Wednesday, but again no one came. By Thursday we just terminated them as we now have black mold growing on the untreated wood surfaces that were wet. I feel like if they had been more timely or at least communicated we would be ready to settle back in by now. As it stands at almost 4 weeks later we need to treat mold that was not taken care of and it has added weeks onto our POD unit rental we are using for storage. We thought we were working with an elite respected local company, and we are regretting our choice of Paul Davis company.

They are THE company to call if you have damage due to a fire, water, or a tree falling on your home. They handle everything from talking to the insurance companies, getting building permits, and homeowners. I couldn't do the job without them!

This company uses a well qualified work force. I did feel at times that all the different departments didn’t communicate well. Given the scope of our restoration project always felt heard.

We had a house fire on 4/7/2023. The fire fighters suggested we call PDR, insisting they were the best. We agree! From securing our home after the fire to cleaning items and rebuilding, Paul Davis Restoration has been the best in every way.

Paul Davis Restoration showed up on Thanksgiving weekend to pump backed up sewer water out of our basement. The crews were polite, efficient, and professional with every aspect of returning our basement back to normal.

Installed hardwood flooring in my house directly on top of floor joists with no subfloor and no vapor barrier before I purchased it. This is a historic home which appeared to be fully renovated before I bought it. They knew that they installed the floor incorrectly but refused to take any responsibility for the work they did. I am currently in the process of having the whole room replaced because the floor twisted, cupped and warped and it all had to be ripped out so that we could install it correctly. They wouldn’t even come out to my house to look at it until I called the office and spoke to the manager. Mark Sinex was awful to deal with. I would never recommend this company anyone. I wouldn’t even hire them to change a light bulb, let alone restore a home.

We are so grateful that Paul Davis was the company to help us with our house fire. They were there the day of until we were home, every step of the way. They restored our home and items beautifully. They made the process as easy as possible and were always open lines of communications when it came to questions. I would recommend them to anyone.

Wow! American Roofing was great. They patiently answered all of my questions and promptly responded to my emails. Roof replacement was done in one day. They cleaned up afterwards and even cleared vines from my patio. Above and beyond. Everyone I dealt with was professional, polite and helpful. Next time I need roofing services I will be using American Roofing.
