I contacted them initially about a possible repair job to a shingle roof, but it turned out I needed more work than I expected. Their estimate was complete and well supported and the price was reasonable. The work was done promptly, and they assigned enough people to the job that I felt they were able to take the care needed and still finish quickly. The final result was beautiful, especially the new vents! Clean-up was superb! I was especially impressed by how well Wes Beams communicated and kept me in the loop, even though I lived out of the area.

Replacing a roof is such an investment in your home and you want to get it right. I did a fair amount of research before selecting American Roofing and Metal. I was very satisfied with the results of their work.

They were extremely responsive and worked long hours to get the job done and with good degree of quality.

Thank goodness I won’t have to replace the roof for a long time but if nature decides differently, I will certainly return to American Roofing and Metal.

It is with much relief that I do this review. Having been in the roofing industry many years ago myself, I was aware of the potential problems with getting a new roof done.

We got 9 bids after careful screening of companies based on Google reviews, BBB complaints and word of mouth referrals.

American Roofing and Metal provided the best overall value of passing the quality screening and price provided. In fact, their price was second lowest.

The results are fabulous! The sales experience was flawless with Nick Ayers. They set a date and stuck with it. The crew did the whole house in one day, about 10 hrs and took only a short break one time. My wife walked around the house after they left and found only 1 nail from the entire tear off!

I got up on the roof myself with Jason Smallwood, the project manager and we walked it completely. I was unable to find a single concern.

We have done a complete remodeI of our home and I wish all our experiences could go as well as this did.

I just want to Thank Josh, Anthony and the Team for doing such a Great job getting our roof approved and the Quality work they did on installing the roof.
Very professional and listened to my concerns dealing with the insurance when the process became frustrating.

I found American Roofing from a Google search, and am pleased I did! I had to replace my 20+ year old roof and the entire team made it a smooth process. I worked with George to get the estimate and iron out the details. He was easy to work with and knowledgeable about the product. Anthony and Danny checked in throughout the installation to make sure everything was going according to plan. They made sure I had all the answers to any questions I had. I would recommend the company to anyone in the area.

This company was so great! I had a leak in my garage that had been fixed twice by others with no results. They came out and took care of it quickly and with no hassle. They even gave me a little extra time to pay my full bill as I had to pay a large vet bill for my kitty who got sick at the same time. What company does that? I'll tell you - one that is great and filled with good people. I'd highly recommend them.

*Update* I am updating this review and dropping it to 1 star based on how poorly the work that American Roofing held up and what I feel was an unsatisfactory response to address it. One repair that was originally performed was to scrape and repaint a section of metal plating outside two upper story windows at a cost of $425. Less than a year and a half later, I noticed that one of those sections was peeling badly and leaving the metal exposed. When I contacted the company about it they offered to inspect it and give a quote to repair it. Nearly three weeks later, I received a quote of $300 so they actually wanted to charge me more for one window than what they charged for a job that wasn't done right the first time. I used another company, who noticed flaws in how the coating was applied on both windows, and they completely redid both windows for $150. So in short, I paid $212.50 for a poorly done job, and they wanted another $300 to fix it so I just can't recommend them when there are so many other choices out there.

*Original Review * Very nice people, but just an average experience with them overall. They did come out quickly and provided a detailed estimate, but after I signed and faxed the proposal I never got any kind of response confirming they received it. I called a week later and was told it was received but it would take them about 3 weeks to get to me. It ended up taking over 5 weeks and they forgot to do one of the repairs on the list. Fortunately it was something I could see from the window or else I would have ended up paying for something that wasn't done. When I contacted them about it, I didn't get a response and two days later I had to follow up again. They were very nice and everything did eventually get taken care of, but given the hassles I can't give them a better rating than average.

I had a very disappointing experience with American Roofing and Metal. The salesman made multiple promises that were never followed through. They said tarps would be placed over my leaking roof to prevent interior damage—that never happened. Because of that, I had to pay out of pocket for drywall repairs.

They also told me my garage roof would be tarped to protect what’s inside, but that didn’t happen either. Now my garage is full of water-damaged items. They dropped off materials for the garage months ago and just never came back to do the work.

They also promised a thorough cleanup, but I’ve found over 50 nails in my yard and driveway—resulting in flat tires. A few nails would be understandable, but this was just careless.

The job started over six months ago and still isn’t finished. Poor communication, broken promises, and a total lack of follow-through. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

George came out to help us figure out why our roof installed by another contractor was leaking. George's experience was shown immediately and he was able to explain in detail everything that needed to be done to correct the roof. The American Roofing team came out and did the job that they said they were going to do and the roof no longer leaks. Thank you to George and the team!

Great experience with American Roofing & Metal. The team is reliable, prices are reasonable and they stand by their work 100%. Very happy with our new roof installed last year. Highly recommended!

American Roofing just completed a new roof on our Gazebo & did an outstanding job. George Hart, VP Residential, was so helpful working out exactly what we wanted as a replacement roof & following up on details. We were treated as a valued customer, which is hard to find these days. They definitely have our recommendation for any future roofing needs.

Right from the start Andrew Locurto with American Roofing and Metal guided on the age of roof and showed us great pictures of the problem areas to proceed with claim to the insurance company. Then onwards he was great to communicate with and going back and forth with the insurance adjsuter, being patient with my questions to get my claim approved. The team scheduled my repair and they worked tirelessly for the whole day to finish the installation of roof and took care of additional trim installation the next day. Andrew is a great to work with and has high work ethic when he took care of things for me even when he is out of town and on vacation. The whole claim process took 4-5 months and he provided detailed documenatin to get supplemental items approved and final amount released. I would continue to use American Roofing for any future roofing needs and highly recommend working with Andrew Locurto there, he will take care of his customers.

I met with Greg to talk over some of my roofing needs, and he was beyond helpful. I would highly recommend to anyone out there with commercial or residential needs.

Great company and service. Our old roof was in terrible shape but in less than 5 hours, American Roofing had it replaced with a brand new one.

Edited: Right after American Roofing put on roofs for 10 buildings covering 38 residence's homes, I gave a glowing review; however, since then we found a huge problem with the gutters on all 19 buildings. For 2 years we have been fighting to get American Roofing to fix the gaps in the gutter and the facia boards. Though we put on much larger gutters to help with water flow off the large roofs, the gutters proved WORSE than the old smaller ones. We never had this problem with the old gutters. American Roofing said they did not add one part to the gutter for secure attachment because they thought we didn't need it and wanted to save us money. However, they never told us that decision or discussed it with us and so we are now stuck with badly leaking gutters which American Roofing is NOT taking ownership of this oversight. They want us to pay for their mistake! So, as HOA President, I resind my glowing review of this Company!!! Since Travis Got moved up in the company, very poor service has been given. Shame on American Roofing. Summit at Polo Fields will make sure all HOA's using Cornerstone Property Management are warned of such poor service and responsibilities for creating a bad situation of which our HOA cannot afford to fix!

Based on my personal experience twice, I can't praise George Hart and American Roofing enough. It's very rare to find someone and a company that is so straightforward about their buisnees and their service. George answered every question every detail honestly and without hesitation. I had a lot of questions. Their bid was so much lower than another using the same materials and covering the same area, that it honestly scared me that I was missing something. George was there by my side from start to finish. They exceeded all expectations in quality, workmanship and getting the job done. When they finished they cleaned up everything so well that you never would had known they were here, except for our beautiful new roof. The finished job was not a penny more than the original quote.

I had used them a few years back on a new addition, that same top quality caring and pride continues to exist today!!!

Note that the addition was done years ago with a non dimensional shingle. That forced us into using a non dimensional shingle again. Quote wise the difference apples to apples was over $800 less with American Roofing!!!

I had a fantastic experience working with Josh Beeler and his team at American Roofing. He worked with our insurance for us and even took care of everything when we needed to appeal. The roof looks great, and they made sure to clean up well after. Definitely a huge help to make the experience as stress free as possible. Highly recommended!
