Twin Spires exceeded every expectation we had in the amazing remodel of our kitchen, family room and laundry room! Twin Spires had a vision for our home that we would have never thought was possible! They changed the entire floor plan of our existing kitchen and family room. The remodel changed our lifestyle and made our home a showplace.

We love our basement remodel! The space went from one long open room to a beautiful bar, living room, game room, bedroom and bathroom. Twin Spires brought some creative ideas to the table to make the space open and make use of every available space. The Brandon's were easy to work with, always on time and have lots of experience. They took the time to get this right throughout the entire process and we couldn't be happier with the finished space!

My wife and I used Twinspires to design and build the master bedroom and bathroom of our dreams, something we had planned and saved for for over 5 years. Doing so in the middle of the pandemic, we weren’t sure how smooth the process would be, but we quickly saw how the expertise and professionalism of this team allowed for a great experience. Any issues were handled with the utmost attention to detail and customer service and we couldn’t be happier with the finished product. So much so, that we plan on using Twinspires for our basement renovation!

The ideas and vision they had were unmatched. We never could have come up with those plans ourselves. We did a total transformation. That is still one of the things I’m most impressed over. The guys are Twin Spires are great to work with and help you with everything along the way. We did a lot of projects all at once through the whole house. With so many moving parts, it’s likely something doesn’t go as planned. Especially Alex and Brandon, are the nicest guys and in the end take care of you. That is what makes a great company. When things don’t go right, they make a plan, and make it right. And I would reccomene them to anyone reading this.

Had a positive experience with a bathroom renovation with Brandon and his crew. All his workers are excellent at their jobs, dependable and hard working. His right-hand man, Stephen, can do anything! I would definitely recommend Twin Spires Construction for any remodeling job.

I had worked with Twinspires in the past professionally and knew the great work they did! When I went to them for a quote for a full bathroom remodel they came in under my budget. Everyone was friendly and great to work with. My project managers Alex and Greg were great! Their employee Eddie was on time every day, professional, answered all my crazy questions, and asked for my input before every part he did. Twin Spires was able to remodel our upstairs and add another bedroom above the garage. We gave them a tight deadline and they were able to meet our requirements. Any concerns we had they were quick to respond and answer any questions we had. Everyone that worked on the project were polite and willing to go above and beyond what was asked of them. The fact they were able to do all this during the issue of 2020 speaks volumes a out the company.

TwinSpires did an incredible job with our third floor addition as well as our second floor laundry room and master bath. They had a vision beyond my wildest dreams and acted on that vision with an aggressive remodeling schedule. I was shocked at how quickly they got finished with the project. We used Twin Spires to remodel our second floor in our victorian home-building a bathroom and bedroom from scratch. It was a great experience! I interviewed about a half a dozen different contractors and none came close to Twin Spires in terms of creativity (especially needed with older homes), professionalism, attention to detail, budget-friendly solutions, and communication. Working in older homes is its own skillset and these guys were pros. Todd, Alex, and both Brandon's were fantastic from beginning to end, helping us work through options, pricing, and getting us to an end result we loved. We loved the Co-Construct website for all communication (we had responses after hours and weekends even), we always had someone on property letting us know what to expect, and there were no surprises. Will use again for any other construction needs and highly recommend!

I decided to renovate my kitchen and I just didn’t know where to start. Working with TwinSpires Remodeling was the best decision I could have ever made. From start to finish,, Brandon made this a great experience. Brandon Fields is a very dedicated and hands on owner, whom has an entire team of all-stars. He and his team were professional, very easy to communicate with, extremely dedicated in designing and implementing a quality product! It can be intimidating to commit to a such a large project. I now know it was such a smart financial investment and having Brandon with me every step of the way created such a positive experience. . I could not be more proud of my kitchen now. It is such a lovely space, as well as extremely functional! I have received so many compliments on it and very happy to call it my own. We used Twin Spires construction for the remodel of our master bathroom. The work was quoted fairly up front, and the price never changed. I was given a construction time line and knew daily who was coming to the house and what would be worked on that day. We were so thrilled with the outcome and design of our new master, we recommended Twin Spires to two friends that have both used the company to remodel their master bath since.

After I met Brandon, and explained my vision to open up my kitchen, and add a family room, I was impressed. He understood what I wanted and he followed up. He made the process easy. From the architect, my project manager, design team and their contractors, it is truly a dream come true. I don’t think you can beat the quality and attention to detail. True professionals. Twin Spires remodeled my second floor and added another bathroom to my house. From the moment I spoke with them on the phone for the consultation through to the end of construction, they were nothing but professional and easy to work with. I really appreciated the ease of everything and I could not imagine going through a remodel without having such an attentive partner. Bonus: they have an architect on staff and they use a CRM to keep track of the project from finances to communication. We worked with Twin Spires Remodeling to do a “custom make over” of our kitchen, family room, dining room, foyer and loft at our home in Lake Forest. Brandon, Kevin, and the rest of the team worked together flawlessly to deliver exactly what we wanted, starting with the initial planning process right through to the “final walk thru”! We were looking for someone to open up our living space, update our kitchen and fireplace and add a new front porch to our home. This is a standout company made of professionals who care and are knowledgeable. For this project, cost estimation of materials and labor was upfront. Once I committed, materials and appliances were ordered beforehand which ensured construction would not be delayed. I worked closely with two employees: Katie and Jeff my project manager. They are so easy to work with and were very responsive with answers and solutions. Both were patient and took time to explain the process.
As with anything in life, there will be problems as there was with the supplier of my cabinets. Twin Spires went to bat for me and adjusted to the delay by rescheduling subcontractors and making them available once the cabinets were in. The end result is a sleek kitchen which reflects quality workmanship.
I would recommend this company without hesitation.
