We are thrilled with the results of our home remodel with Twin Spires Remodeling! They brought to life what we imagined and hoped our home to be when we first bought it. We worked with Twin Spires Remodeling for a major home renovation that included adding a third floor addition (a new staircase, two bedrooms and a full bath) and converting a bedroom that was on the second floor into a laundry room and office space. We also gutted and remodeled our main bathroom and 1st floor powder room, added recessed lighting to the first floor, and painted the interior of almost the entire house. It was a massive undertaking!

Throughout the entire renovation, we cannot say enough positive things about Twin Spires Remodeling. The whole team was amazing to work with - from drawing up plans, to answering questions down to the smallest of details, to really listening to what our needs were and helping to create solutions that fit our family and aesthetic of our home. The end result is stunning; we now have a home that is functional for our family's needs and had gorgeous, quality work done. We had a project manager and carpenter that were consistently on site to check the quality of the work being done, and the whole team worked seamlessly behind the scenes to make sure no details were missed - from the ordering of products to scheduling installation dates and inspections. The all-inclusive approach of the Twin Spires team made all the difference. I would be lying if I said it was not stressful at times, but someone was always there to listen and a solution was always provided. In the end, we ended the project ON TIME, WITHIN BUDGET, and the end result is absolutely STUNNING. We loved our home before, but now it is a home of our dreams.

We were so happy to find Twin Spires for our guest house bathroom addition. They were the most professional company we met with ahead of time to discuss the project. Not only was everything (design, timelines, costs, etc.) clearly presented, but they were easy to contact and they returned all correspondence in a timely manner. The staff was very helpful and worked hard to make sure all was completed correctly and up to our standards.

We cannot say enough good things about Twin Spires. We had an idea of what we wanted to do with our current deck and turn it into a covered patio. We gave them our vision and they made it a reality. From design to completion it has been a great experience. We had the pleasure of working with Jeff as our project lead and he was on top of every step/request along the way. We were extremely happy to have found Brandon and Todd at Twin Spires to work on our project. We hired them to design and completely renovate an older home in the Paristown area. They creatively saw ways to increase the sq footage while keeping the original aesthetic of the home. I can't go into the specifics but suffice it to say that our build was a unique project with a lot of eyeballs watching it. And we had a very strict deadline! Brandon and Todd and the whole team at TS keep us on schedule throughout the entire project and keep us aware of every step with excellent communication. The workmanship was top notch and the finishes excellent. All while staying within budget guidelines.

We used Twin Spires Remodeling for our full basement refinish - including a living space, full bar, workout space, bedroom, wine cellar, and bedroom/bathroom.

We had Twin Spires remodel our bathroom/closet from the 80's. The process was great from. Twin Spires came up with a great design, helped walk us through all of the selections and gave us great advice when we were torn on design choices. Everything came out great and we love our new bathroom!

Twin Spires was an awesome company to work with in remodeling our kitchen and family space. They gave us great service from planning and designing our space to developing a realistic plan and then the execution of the work. As in any project, there are particular challenges that come up and the team arose to meet each and every one of them. There were lots of moving parts but their experience and expertise was evident. I really appreciate their attention to detail and customer satisfaction. I had never worked with a company like this before on a large remodel; we were given their names by friends and previous clients. I had the pleasure of working with Twin Spires on a whole home remodeling project, for which I was the Interior Designer. Every member of their team is at the top of their game (architect, builder, project manager, etc.) which made this challenging project an absolute pleasure to complete. We could not be happier with Twin Spires Construction and Remodeling. They did outstanding job on our complete remodeling of our second floor master bathroom and bedroom as well as a secondary guest bathroom. In addition, new hardwood floors were installed upstairs in every room. Minor improvements were made to the laundry room. We want to thank everyone from the Twin Spires team, including their Office staff and design team, their subcontractors but specifically Brandon, Jeff, Chris and Grant. Carpet Selections did an amazing job on the flooring and tile work.

I could not have been happier with the work that Designer Builders did on my home between September 2012 and January 2013, which included a full kitchen remodel, vaulting some ceilings, and installing 3 skylights. The end product I received was better than I dreamed it could have been. Their whole team is very professional and I got along with them very well. They were always on time and communicated things to me regularly throughout the process, always asking for my input on decisions but also giving their opinions when asked, as well. I actually missed having them in the house working after they were done!!! They are a bunch of great guys and true professionals. If you ever need help on a remodeling project, give them a call!

Stefan and his crew were so amazing to work with. They built a beautiful addition to the back of our historic home. They were friendly, honest, and did superior work. Two years in and we love our sunroom addition. The process was so easy and transparent. Would highly recommend!

Stefan and team have consistently delivered high-quality services. We used Designer Builders to refresh the exterior of our historic home in Old Louisville, which was a complicated project. In addition, Stefan helped us on another project in a separate property when we were in a bind. In short, Designer Builders has always proven to be reliable, and has always delivered a high-quality product - they are our “go to” team, which is good to have found considering the many unprofessional contractors within the industry.
