Jungbert Company did an amazing job remediating the toxic mold in our basement. Charles the owner is very knowledgeable and helpful. If he can't do something himself, he surely has a good contact to recommend. All the workers I met were very friendly, upstanding guys and I was very impressed with their cleanliness and responsiveness. At one point they inadvertently filled the recycle bin with garbage, but as soon as I brought it to their attention, they fixed the issue. Now the smelly, unsafe basement is completely clean and encapsulated. It looks amazing. Highly recommend!

Last year a tree fell on my house, damaging the roof, porch, stairwell, chimney, and siding. Jungbert Company, especially Charles was great at getting everything fixed in a timely manner and staying in communication with me and my husband. I couldn't recommend them enough if you need any repairs done on your house.

Last year I had a tree fall on my house and I hired Jungbert Company to do all the repairs. It was the best choice I made during that stressful time. Charles, the owner, was always quick to respond to any questions I had and worked with my insurance adjuster to negotiate payments on my behalf. The amount of damage was extensive and Charles worked tirelessly to organize workers for the roof repair, new fence, new railing, new siding, and new shingles. I would recommend Jungbert Company for anyone else going through a stressful time with damage to your house, they made a horrible situation much easier and I'm very happy with the final repairs.

Find someone else! Many missed appointments with no communication as to why or when they’d be out to inspect/fix a possible leak. They tore up my yard before confirming that the leak was on my side and not the city’s. After starting to dig they left the hole in my yard for a week and did not answer any of my calls or messages as to when they would be out to complete whatever job they started. I ended up getting a different company that confirmed the leak wasn’t even on my side and that Charlie and his team dug up my yard for no reason. The leak detection guy that Charlie sent out AFTER they had started digging confirmed that they had dug for no reason and let Charlie know. The whole process took about a month. One star because they did come and fill the giant hole right in the front of my yard. But now my yard is a complete mess for absolutely no reason. Don’t waste your time, they’ll definitely waste yours.

I had a water line break. Jungbert restored it, but in the process, their inaction caused my basement to flood, ruining my carpet and padding. I had to replace it and Jungbert send me an email acknowledging that they would pay me for this expense. Now 2 months later they will not take my call or respond to my emails or phone messages. Be very careful in dealing with them, they are not trustworthy.
