Absolutely fantastic service, was able to fit me in the same day I called. My electrician (Steve) was knowledgeable, personable, and worked quickly. Price was less than half of other estimate I had for the work performed. Already planning more electrical work I need, rest assured I will be using this company again.

I hired All Brite to do some electrical work in January, including moving a fuse panel from the exterior to the interior of my house and then reconnecting the panel. When the weather warmed up and I turned on my air conditioning, it didn't work. I called an HVAC technician, who found that the air conditioning had not been reconnected, so I had him reconnect it. At that point, I had paid two different people to do the same thing. I figured that since All-Brite had made a mistake, as long as they reimbursed me for the work they had not delivered on, it wasn't a big deal. That has not happened. Instead, I've been trying to contact All-Brite by phone and email for almost a month, including calling the owner directly. Everyone has been ignoring me.

They'll probably post a response that tries to excuse their behavior, which would at least be some kind of communication. No one has even told me why they don't think they should be expected to reimburse me.

I don't want to escalate to legal action, but if this unprofessional, immature behavior continues, I absolutely will take the matter to small claims court and involve the BBB.

I contacted All Brite to install 2 sconces in our dining room. The appointment was made and the team showed up on time. I was impressed with their knowledge, the professionalism. The finished the work in around 3 hours which included being in the attic. The team also left the work area spotless.

Have some great friends there are some good electricians but management and some of the supervisors throw you under the bus and don't back you up and we'll get rid of you for nothing no support no training

If you are going to drive like a fool and ride people's tailgates, then flip them off as you pass on by probably best not to do it in the company van. Very unprofessional and makes Delta services look terrible. I will never use Delta and will make it a point to tell everyone I know to never use Delta because of the actions of that employee.

Doesn't use a blinker on i65 and just swerves in and out of traffic. No wonder the side of their truck is bashed in, they can't stay in a lane. Not a good representative of the company whoever is driving around with your truck...

I have been a customer of DELTA SERVICES 247 for several years and am very happy with my service experience. They are very attentive to your AC needs and consult with you on preventive services to keep your AC running at an optimal performance.

The staff are wonderful and have been so helpful scheduling service appointments and making helpful recommendations for my service needs. They have even acted as a personal shuttle when I needed a ride to/from the shop. Their kindness and attention to their customer's needs is very much appreciated.

Don't park in people's driveways that your not working on. Blocking people in is kind of disrespectful and the audacity to act like its okay to park wherever they want. Have some common decency. Use your brains . You should have one considering yall are electricians.
