All in all a positive experience.Karim Kinble was who we dealt with and he was both knowledgeable and patient in making sure that we had any info needed and continues to keep in touch. Our panels were installed in one day and have been working better than we expected. This was a great investment.

We are very happy with the results of having solar panels installed by Solar is Freedom in Kentucky. Our last bill from our electric company was $11 and that was for the meter rental and tax. We also want to say that we enjoyed working with Karim on this installation. He is very professional and friendly! We highly recommend this company!

Our system was installed on our barn in August of 2021. Our rep, Clay Krill, as well as the Columbus Area install team, were great to work with. Clay and the office team kept us informed along the entire process. The install team was professional, very friendly, and easy to work with. A great experience. I was looking into solar systems for a while and invited a couple of companies to come out and survey the property to provide estimates. After looking at the products, capacity and price it was evident that I needed to go with Solar is Freedom group. My sales rep, Karim Kimble, was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. Evan Druffel, the installation manager maintained regular communications and ensured everything stayed on track. My ground mount system was installed recently with no problems. The entire team was very professional and courteous. I highly recommend this company. I can now enjoy knowing my system is ready for the next 25 years to provide clean sustainable power. Solar Is Freedom is a fantastic company to work with. My accounts manager, Andrew was great at explaining the system and answering all my questions. His communication was excellent.
The process that this company follows is very efficient. From design to installation they send you an update every step of the way.
Oh! and not forgetting the installation process, they called me to setup an installation date & they showed up right on time. The installation crew was very professional. The work done was exceptional and they left the place just as they found it.
I would 100% recommend Solar is freedom if you plan on going solar. I did a ton of research and Solar is Freedom offered me the best products at a great price.

I would highly recommend this company. We directly worked with Nick, he was great. He would give us weekly updates from the beginning keeping us in the loop of what stage our project was in. Not only was Nick and his team great; the install crew was great as well. Our install was a big job and the install crew was diligent in making sure the panels would look their best on our home. They also took the extreme time to run all the wiring in our attic. I would not use another solar company and would recommend Solar is Freedom to anyone interested in solar. Solar is Freedom is professional, keeps you up to date with your project, uses top of the line products, and continues to keep satisfied customers because of their educated team members working for them.

We got our first set of panels to convert our entire house to solar power in May of 2020. Andrew Hay was so easy to work with. We valued most how honest and transparent he was about everything and answered any of obscure questions. This was after meeting with two other companies and shopping by around. The system ended up producing better than we thought and are very happy with it. We definitely made the right choice. We just finished the install of our addition on the front which will be used to power our electric cars in the future. I highly recommend Solar is Freedom and Andrew Hay if you are thinking about going solar.

My experience with Solar Is Freedom was great. Karim Kinble was great to work with. Mine were installed on the appointment day. They look great and the crew did a great job and left my property clean. I'm happy I went with Solar Is Freedom. I had a neighbor that ordered his from a different company way before I did and he still hadn't had his installed months later. He came down and asked me for Karim's contact information and used Solar is Freedom to install his. Be careful, some companies sell Solar, but subcontract the installation. That was my neighbors problem. Solar is Freedom sells, installs and services your system.

Great electrician...very smart & knows what he's doing..

1) Called two companies and 1 individual for written quotes one of them being this company
2) We received quotes from 2 with 1 guaranteeing lowest price
3) We had to call Hudson many times to get a price
4) When we finally got them to answer their phone, Hudson would not give a quote in writing unless "we signed a contract with them", in other words a 100% waste of our time.

In my opinion, seems shady and dishonest. If a company is afraid to put in writing what they are going to charge without a contract, that smacks of being afraid of competition or honest business practices.

I will not recommend this company to anyone, I hope this saves someone time in the future.

Thought I’d request a service call since my original installer ghosted me. The gentleman at this company did take my call but has since disappeared. Again a company doesn’t seem to want my money. I thought with 5 stars I’d surely get some results. No phone call for even when they can get to me.

Staff was professional, worked quickly, and finished project on budget.

I work for a property management company and one of our properties was needing their current camera system upgraded and fixed. LSA did great, even meeting with my board members to explain the quote in detail, and have been great about communication from beginning to end of the project. Even saved my community a little money in the end by being very efficient and thorough. We've already used part of our 90day parts and labor warranty and it's come in very handy as one of the wires turned out to be bad. Simple fix and my community now has peace of mind about their homes!
