The electrician was absolutely awesome. Showed up promptly and found the problem. However, dealing with the company has been a huge lesson in patience. They have a bad scheduling problem. I've been given two appointments. They inform me of the first one and the electrician failed to show up to either appointment. No one I spoke with seemed to know rather the appointment was scheduled with the electrician then I was told he was double booked and they'd have him call me to schedule it. Which explains why they are having so many problems with scheduling

I called to have some lights put in and they came same day. The technician was Payton and he did an excellent job. He cleaned up the job area afterwards and was polite and courteous. Unfortunately they used long staples to secure the wire and ruined a brand new paint job on the cabinets so now awaiting how they plan to fix it. This should not have happened.

We called Mister Sparky and their technician, Paul, was able to come out the next day. Paul is very personable and clearly knowledgeable and efficient at his craft. I would certainly use them again and recommend him and Mister Sparky to anyone!

kyle did a great job!!! He mentioned he was new to the company. He was thorough, and also very educational about everything regarding electricity! Super sweet guy and we will be asking for him again when when use Mr. Sparky!

Daniel from the Louisville Ky location was sent to our home. He was on time and professional with a great attitude. Quoted the job (which we accepted) and had us booked for the following week. They installed a new breaker panel for us. They are clean, professional, timely, and very dependable! Highly recommended!

We had a great experience with Paul from Mister Sparky. He picked up on a safety hazard that the home inspector missed and corrected it, completed the work we requested in a timely manner, and was very professional. He communicated with us throughout the process, sent pictures of the progress, and was very considerate of our scheduling needs. Highly recommend Paul!

We needed a new breaker panel and all new breakers put in.our power went out at about 6 pm on a Saturday night.we called everyone in town and no one even answered.we made our way to Mr. Sparky and got an answer immediately.an hour later paul was in our driveway.he was ready to help in anyway.he quickly diagnosed the problem,laid out a plan and was here first thing in the morning.he did a wonderful job.he was professional and very knowledgeable.he got down to work and had the problem fixed in no time.i can't recommend him or Mr. Sparky enough.i will definitely be calling them if I ever need electrical work done again.

Scheduling was super easy. Jason came out right on time and did a really great job! He was very thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. He used a small vacume to completely clean up when he was finished, as well. That was appreciated! I would highly recommend based on my interaction with him. Thank you!!

I called on a late Friday afternoon because part of our lights and electrical outlets would not work in our basement. They told us not to worry that they could have someone at your house between 8:30 and 12:00 on Saturday. Our Technician Payton text me at 10:40 on Saturday to let me know that he was on his way. When he got here, he was extremely friendly and asked...show me what problem you are having. He explained to me what he was doing, and he was diagnosing the electrical outlets and the breaker box. He explained that we had a bad neutral line somewhere and told us not a problem that he could fix it. He replaced all the electrical outlets and connectors. On the last one he had myself and my wife come into the basement and showed us on the last plug that three of the neutral wires were burnt, melted together and even the connector was black from being burnt. He resolved our problem. The entire time he was here he was very friendly and informative on what he was doing. My wife and I have owned our own business for 19 years and we know what it means to have great employees! Payton as we feel is a great asset to your company! We even went ahead and scheduled an appointment for Payton to come back and replace 2 breakers in the breaker box. We would like to thank Payton and the company for the great service!!

Tyler came out today and replaced my 50 year old panel with a new one.e was very professional and got done quickly with great prices!

Mister Sparky was quick to respond to my electrical needs and offered same day service. Tyler came out and within a couple of hours installed our new exterior outlet. We'll use them again ion the future.

I had an emergency at my home where the power company shut off the power to my house. Mr. Sparky came out quickly, and started work right away, to get my power back on in a timely manner, and keep my family safe in the scorching temperatures! Jason was outstanding! He had the knowledge to get the work done, the work ethic to take on that huge project with confidence, and he had the heart of a teacher to explain each step to me and answer all my questions! Great experience overall with Mr. Sparky and Jason!

I recently purchased 3 new ceiling fans for my house. Tyler came out and had them up and going in no time. Pricing was by far the best I’ve ran into.

Jason was incredible. On time and called when he was on the way. Rode with me to buy smoke detectors. Installed them in a matter of minutes

He was very nice and had no problem explaining to me what exactly was wrong and what need to be fixed he fixed everything in a timely manner .

John came out today and ran a new circuit to my stove. I previously had 2 other quotes and they didn’t even compare to the quote from mister sparky. Mister sparky is the most reliable company out there with great prices and warranties.
