John B. was excellent. My panel had water in it, he came out and had it replaced with power on in no time. Prices were very reasonable compared to others I called.

John came to my house and had us back up in under 30 minutes. He was extremely nice and knowledgeable. I greatly appreciate the service.

My interaction with Mr. Sparky was exceptional. The technician, John, provided outstanding service, demonstrating extensive knowledge and a very helpful approach. Based on this positive experience, I plan to use Mr. Sparky electric again in the future.

Jason was very timely and showed up quickly! I appreciate the sense of urgency. He was a delight to work with. He ensured our panel was up to standard. The previous electrician did a lot of things that were not correct and Jason replaced the panel, the ground wire, and brought it up to code.

Murphy was excellent to work with - friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, cleaned up, and made sure we knew how to operate our EV charging system before leaving. Highly recommended!

We had a problem with frayed iron that had arced and called mister sparky to come look at it. The guy was very nice and did good work and eventually the price he gave was fair.

John came out and hooked up the electric for our hot tub. He had great pricing compared to the other quotes we reviewed. He was really nice and even turned the water on to fill it up before leaving.

I contacted Mister Sparky on Thumbtack and relayed that I needed to have a thermostat replaced. They told me they would be here between 10-2, the technician called at 12 to let me know he wouldn't make that time frame, ok, no problem. He arrived, very nice guy, and then informed me I needed to call an HVAC person because the thermostats weren't like to like and he didn't know how to do that. He was here (late mind you) all of 5 minutes, and still made me pay the $49 fee. I wasn't asked any questions about the types of thermostat, I would expect electrician professionals to ask questions beforehand or verify the tech was knowledgeable to perform the job at hand... I explicitly explained I needed a thermostat replaced. Wouldn't recommend or ever contact again.

Had a problem with the light working in my fan light combo. I called on Sunday and Jason came out the next day. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Took care of the issue quickly. After he fixed the issue, he showed me what the issue was which I really appreciated!

Fantastic! Our electrician, John was fast, professional and HONEST! He estimated the work and completed all perfectly. We had gotten an estimate from another Electric mister, (won’t say who): Mr Sparky came in at around what I expected, whereas the other mister was 500% more for a one hour job.

Thank you to John for coming out this morning and helping to repair the wiring at my parents house. He arrived early as requested on this Monday morning, and was extremely professional throughout the service. The work was done very well and everything was communicated nicely. I no longer have to worry about the safety of ky parents thanks to the work accomplished today by John.

I had a fire in my electrical panel. The fire was at 4:30pm, I put it out and called Mister Sparky at 5pm, Peyton and Jason took out the destroyed panel and had a new one installed and my power back on by midnight. Absolutely impressive! My wife, my toddler, and myself got to get a good nights sleep with our AC powered back on after a hot and stressful day.

I talked with Peyton and Jason during the repair process and they answered all my questions and made me feel informed of what they were doing and why, all the while working quick to get my power back. I also talked with another technician named Paul who stopped by and he was kind and knowledgeable too.

Great group of people and I’m very pleased to now have an electrician I feel good about using in the future and recommending to others.

***Update: Inspection afterwards took a lot of follow up calls and many weeks and wasn't a great experience. Overall still a decent experience.

Old service coming to home was a fire hazard. REMC said new service needed installed. One phone to Mr. Sparky of Louisville Ky. Had someone there in a hour. Several hours later and new service was installed Brandon Knoy and another electrician were great people to have do the job.

Was great service and was on time. Did not have to wait all day. Came in quickly identified what was wrong and started work right away. Had to replace entire power panel because of a burnt breaker and back board.
Was very friendly and courteous! Also it was New Years day which sucked for wvwryone and him. Thankful they came out and house did not burn down!

Had some major issues at my home and with my previous electrician. I called Lisa at Mr. Electric and she was very helpful and knowledgable with her info! She correspnded with me on my project and got a technician to my home very quickly. She was very kind and professional!

He is at the top of Customer Service, returns calls, listens to what you want done, gives an estimate and sticks to it - no hidden charges, arrives on time, cleans up, is friendly and a pleasure to work with. From the moment I was given his name through Home Advisor, Chris far exceeded my expectations as a person and with a finished project! Do not hesitate to call Mr Electric - He will do it right!

I've used Mr. Electric twice for putting in new breaker boxes in my houses. The guy who came out was friendly and very knowledgeable. He swapped out the breaker box and the end result was perfect. I will definitely use them Aidan like again if I ever need more work.

I had Mr. Electric add a 200a service to my home and run all the wiring for a new HVAC unit. They came out right on time and worked like crazy! They worked late to get my power back on so I wouldn’t go without heat and when my existing breaker panel broke they replaced it no problem. Super knowledgeable, great work ethic, and professional. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for such a big job.

They even had someone come out and sweep the dirt out of the road where they had done some digging. They go the extra mile and will refer them to anyone I can.

Robert was awesome, thorough and talked to me in depth about the current issue I had as well as issues I might have down the road. Excellent service and very friendly. Would recommend.
