The experience was awesome but I think they are a bit pricy. I was charged a diagnostic fee of $195 even though it took less than an hour and this doesn't include fixing the problem. Paid a little over $500 to get an outdoor flood light changed to an led and to locate and replace a photo sensor. This incudes the cost of the material.

They were always on time and worked with another vendor to help install and electric fireplace by coordinating their time and requirements to finish the job. Very professional and courteous. Matt was my representative whom I would not hesitate to ask for on future jobs.

Chris Swisher came and did work for us at Strategic Communications. We got quotes from three different vendors and decided to go with Mr. Electric. We're happy we did, Chris was very professional and quick too! Good and reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

Had an electric panel burn our over the weekend. Daniel came out, arrived within an hour or so, called in route. Gave upfront pricing to repair system, and spent the day on Sunday doing so. Did top notch work, real good guy and provided upfront pricing with no games. Highly recommend Mr. Electric.

Matt, from Mr. Electric, did a great job of diagnosing and fixing the problem on my pool pump motor! After determining the motor was getting current he went above the call of duty and checked the motor itself. He diagnosed that the installer had not connected the correct tab for the voltage. Now the motor is running great! Thanks Matt!

I called and needed an emergency quote because my dryer installer blew my outlet. They fit me in on the same day. It ended up just being the fuse and he fixed it and hooked up my dryer. This company went above and beyond and I will definitely be using them in the future for all my electrical needs!

A tree branch fell and pulled the weather head off the side of the house and damaged the meter box. Matt came out on a Sunday with short notice and gave us an estimate and was very patient with us while we secured financing for the repairs. Our meter box was 125 amps, a bit out of the ordinary, Matt and his boss went out of their way to find the right parts. The repairs were completed quickly, too bad LG&E could not be as fast as they had marked or house as completed and had forgetten about us. Several phone calls later, we had our power restored. Highly recommended for their quick service and attention to detail, will call them again in the future.

Matt, my technician, was very open and forward about all options regarding my problem. I went for the most invasive which involved cutting holes in the wall. He was still able to complete the job in remarkable time and gave a referral to a company to assist in patching the small holes. He did a great job and I would absolutely call them again.

Great company that really cared and took pride in there service.

They came out on Christmas eve, gave the price for the work up front and did a neat and professional job. An hour or so later we thought there was an issue that turned out to be a non issue -- but since the installer was now off work the owner/franchisee came out to make sure everything was OK. We really appreciated that and would not hesitate to use Mr. Electric again.

Adam came out to fix a light switch issue I had, he was very prompt, respectful, and did it for free! He got my dining room light up and running in about 5 minutes. Highly recommend these guys, and will be using them for my future needs!

Daniel was super professional, respectful, and gave very honest pricing! Other electricians wanted to charge me an arm and a leg when they learned I had a fancy electric car, but Daniel knew how much work it actually was and gave me a fair price much lower than other estimates.

I will definitely go back to Mr. Electric and ask for Daniel for electric work in the future.

Needed estimates for some outdoor lighting replacement and repair. They showed up on time and were very professional. Not only did he troubleshoot my issues outside he replaced some bad switches inside last minute! Very impressed and will be booking them to complete the work outside. Wish I could give ten stars!

I sent an email request for a quote late one evening and the very next morning I received an email with dates and times they had available to come out and take a look at my ceiling fan replacement issue. They had something for that afternoon and I booked it. I received a call around mid day stating they were running ahead of schedule and asked if I wanted them to come early or at our designated time. Of course I said come as soon as possible :) Daniel P was our electrician. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and did an excellent job. The pricing was very reasonable too! I will be calling Mr Electric in the future for all my electrical needs. Thank you!

This is the type of customer service that unfortunately is not the norm. My entire experience from the initial phone call to completion of work was exceptional. My initial call was only to get an estimate for my AC connection. After Daniel arrived and talked to me about my options, I felt confident in him completing an all new panel and two outdoor outlets. I was provided an estimate the same day. They arrived early and gave me outline of the scope of work. I could not be happier about the experience this team provided!

Nicest company, great customer service. Polite and respectful. Helps the customers and make sure they understand what they’re going to do. The electrician that was sent to our house was originally coming for just a quote we thought the quote was such a great deal we hired him on the spot and he immediately began to work. He was so informational and provided us with great detail and didn’t leave until we fixed everything. He helped us hardwire with an existing wire after another company said that the wire didn’t work and could not work. Daniel tested the wire and was very detailed about the job. He was very patient in his explanation of what needed to be done. I would definitely hire this company in the future.

Very good work, timely and efficient. Didn’t try to upsell, allowed us to decide, he simply presented our options and we agreed with the fair estimate.
