This place is an actual scam. I signed up for service, the "professional" showed up without warning, didn't communicate he was there and then proceeded to send me a message saying "there's no way I can get to the back yard" and left without a word.

My service was then provided by someone else, since I couldn't get ahold of customer service or the person originally signed to my yard, and still they charged me $35! For nothing! Ignore this place and move on, even their claims of a $19 mow is false.

LawnStarter and Joel were lifesavers. With the frequent rains here in Lexington over the summer my bad hill and frequently flooded backyard, my lawn had become overgrown and unmanageable.

I requested service for 1July on 27June. On 3July I was notified that they were still looking looking for someone to service my lawn, on 5July I received notification that they had canceled my request for service and now I have to jump through hoops to find someone to cut my grass that hasn’t been cut for over a week while I’m out of town. Not reliable service.
