Will responded quickly over the 4th of July weekend and came to help us late on a Saturday afternoon. We recently bought this older house in the Upper Highlands and the AC system was faltering. He checked it out, replaced the condensation pump and gave me some pointers on how to extend the life of the system. Apparently nothing had been done to the system in many years. He cleaned the outdoor part of the system (said it had possibly never been hosed off and it is 20 years old. He got me up and running within 2 hours. He is an absolute professional and he fully explained everything he was doing as he did it. His invoice clearly spelled out exactly what he had done. I felt that he was very fair in what he charged and I would absolutely use his services again. It is his company and he holds himself to a high standard of customer service. He said that he will call me back in a few days to see if everything is working well. Will is great.

Can't say enough good things about Will. I called with a complex issue involving a geothermal setup and Will listened attentively, gave me his thoughts/insights, and referred me to a local geo expert. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. I'd use or recommend Will and ASCS without hesitation.

Excellent customer service has almost become a thing of the past. We consumers have grown accustomed to outsourced customer service departments and faceless, electronic "help." It always gives me a bit of hope when a company actually goes above and beyond the call of duty and provides excellent customer support, pride in their work, and are more than happy to share their knowledge with you in a manner understandable to the lay person. Will, of Air Services Comfort Solutions, is just this type of hard working ethical owner that has exceeded all my expectations. He’s really that good and I’m lucky to have found him. Will was thoughtful, courteous, and kept in communication with us from the time I made the appointment. Our system is very old, so he discussed a number of concerns with maintenance of an old system, and about the considerations for when I eventually transition to a newer system. When I do have to have a new one installed, I will hire him for the job. Have recommended him to friends.

This was a few months ago. I'm late in posting this. My furnace wasn't heating so I found Air Services Comfort Solutions online. "Will" was at my house in an hour at 8:00 p.m. He reset the sensor and that fixed it. He said if in the next 30 days it goes out again the sensor will have to be replaced. If that happens he will come back and replace it and I won't be charged for the service call, only the part. Well, the furnace went out again and Will kept his promise and came back and put the part in and didn't charge for the service call. I would recommend his company for any furnace needs. Hopefully I won't need any air conditioning needs. 😊

Can't begin to tell you how impressed I am with the level of service and quality that I received from Will Noe at Air Services Comfort Solutions. He gave me an honest estimate on replacing my HVAC system that was right in line with the other 6 estimates I got. He also gave me a lot of information to help educate me about Heating and Air. He was the first person I called and Will stated that it was in my best interest to get a second opinion, also. Like most people when it comes to HVAC, I know nothing. But with the information that I received from Will Noe at his visit and shortly after he left and even days after. I was able to weed out at least 4 of the 6 estimates right off the bat leaving me three to select from. Ultimately, I choose Air Services Comfort Solutions and that's why I writing this review. The more I read online, the more I learned that one of the most important things about installing a new heating and air system, is the installer. Will is a one man team he is the owner and installer and he did come highly recommended from a friend. I found that most HVAC companies especially some of the major ones, you meet the sales person and not the installer. After talking to Will and reading over the information he sent to me with no obligations, it really helped me level the field when choosing a company to replace my units. Will, was meticulous about insuring my house stayed cleaned and my floors stayed unscathed, laying down drop sheets from the door and all the way down the stairs to the basement. But most importantly he was meticulous about installing my HVAC system, which I'm very pleased with, Air Services Comfort Solutions has exceeded all my expectations and that's hard to do. Air service comfort Solutions did offer a 7% discount if we paid in cash which we did, pay in cash. I had one of the other companies offer a 5% discount if we paid in cash. While I know handing over cash seems weird in today's time. Will (ASCS) sent an Electronic receipt, after he received and verified the cash amount, while in my wife's presences, saying paid in full immediately. He also sent a receipt to me at work. Side note I have a 3 year old son, every time he saw will come to into the house while he was working he would say Hi Will. And every time Will would reply and if my son asked any questions about what Will was doing, Will took the time to talk to him. Will has been helping us with our slowly dying AC unit for year now. We finally decided we had to bite the bullet and do a full furnace/AC upgrade. As always, Will was unbelievably informative regarding the many options we had moving forward with this process. He had very fair pricing, and did an amazingly thorough job. He is as honest of a person as they come, and truly loves what he does which shows in his work. Will is the best. I highly recommend him. Very professional. Always returns texts/calls promptly. He replaced one our units and has given advice over the phone when another unit wasn't working properly. He could have easily made a service call and charged me. He's just an all around good person.
