I contacted Will when our air conditioner stopped working. With it being a holiday weekend, we were nervous about finding someone to come out. He responded promptly and said he could come the very next day (happened to be a holiday). He kept us updated on his status of his arrival.

He was very professional, explained everything in great detail so we understood what was going on. He cleaned up the areas he worked in and followed up the next day to check in.

We will use Will for all of our HVAC needs.

Will Noe is the most competent HVAC person I have ever known. He offered us a competitive quote to install two new A/C units in our 90-year old home. He provided a substantial amount of information so we could make the right decision, and he told us we would qualify for a $500 rebate through our gas and electric company. Will worked tirelessly on our job and even worked on a Saturday at no extra charge. He kept us informed the entire time and was quick to respond to email and text messages. We are thrilled that he will be our HVAC guy going forward. A job well done.

I previously had Will diagnose and replace a bad control board in my HVAC system and I was so pleased with my experience from 5 years ago, that when my system starting having issues again recently, he was the professional I wanted to come investigate and give me options. Ultimately my HVAC system was just old (somehow it lasted close to 30 years), needed replacement, and I didn't think twice about having him do the job after picking out the system I wanted from the options he presented. He is honest, fair, very knowledgable, works extremely hard to make sure you are happy, makes sure the job is done right, did an excellent job installing all the equipment, and even helped me register the warranties. I highly recommend Will and his company!

Will with Air Services Comfort Solutions recently installed a Goodman furnace in my home. Will was thorough, accessible, considerate, and exceedingly honest. For example, when he noticed the furnace he received from the distributor had a scratch on the rear side, which would not be visible once installed, he requested the distributor reduce the price, which he passed directly onto me.

Will worked with me to provide an extremely competitive bid to perform my work. I thoroughly recommend Will to anyone with HVAC needs.

Our AC was not keeping up on a Friday afternoon in July. I did a quick Yelp search and found Air Services. I read the positive reviews and decided to give him a call. I'm so glad I did. Will answered the call and said he could get to our house in a few hours and that he would call before he came out. He did call and got to our house at 7 pm on a Friday night. He diagnosed the problem quickly, replaced the part that had gone out and we had our AC back up and running before he left at 8 PM. Price was great and service great. Would definitely use him again.

Will has been so kind and thorough with me throughout my HVAC replacement. He even took care of an unexpected furnace issue for me that was unexpected! I will continue to utilize his services. He is a honest businessman who has excellent customer service skills!

Will is hands down the best in the business. Had a quote from him a few years ago but went against my gut and went with a different (big) company. When we had an issue this summer that other company said needed to replace furnace. I was suspicious that it was all a sales tactic and called the guy I should have used 3 years ago. Will came out late in the heat (straight from other jobs). Diagnosed the issue and confirmed the big company was lying to try to sell a new system. Fixed our unit the next day (also late in evening after working all day on other jobs but fit us in quickly- very thankful to get AC back in 90 degree heat).

I cannot recommend Will more highly. Other companies seem to have inflated reviews. A lot of these big companies in town are likely private equity owned, automated texts to customers to encourage five star reviews but are not trustworthy. You see hundreds of 5 star reviews you assume you are getting an honest company but it’s not the case. Will is the real deal. Expert in the field. Honest. Call him.

The very first thing Eddie did upon hearing the issue with unit was to blame another company for looking at a different issue. Pass blame.

More like Last Choice Heat&Air. These guys messed up 3 times with me, 1- sold and installed a gas valve meant for propane, not natural gas like i needed, then 2- charged me for 1 hour and a half labor charge ($175) and couldn't figure out there mistake. So I got a real HVAC Company to figure it out, it took real HVAC Pros like 5 minutes to figure out they installed the wrong part. Your technician was blaming the lg&e gas line. Which is obviously always working. At minimum you should give me my one and a half hour chargeback. To make things completely right he should have given me back my money for this bad gas valve also. 3rd- issue- they no call and no show a scheduled appointment before I got the real HVAC Company, the next day after the no call/ no show- he says "Sorry iam covered up with no cools we can try for next week". Wow..
And to top it all off mess up #4- When i communicated this to the owner he ignores me.. Mr Owner that is bad business, I was a good paying customer to you and you ripped me off.

Been waiting a month or more to get my AC fixed

Thank you everyone for info and recommendations. I was able to find a company that charged a flat fee per hour (most wanted $89-$99 to show up and estimate the job but I already knew exactly what I needed). They had a cancellation on Thursday and sent someone to my home (I was scheduled for Friday). I was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. He did an amazing job on all I asked to be done, charged what I considered to be a very fair price and I now have air. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Best Choice Heating & Air.

Not only did they diagnose the problem quickly, but they took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. Highly recommend! We had our A/C stolen and were in a tight timeframe to get it replaced. We got quotes from several businesses, both small and large companies. Our experience with most of them was disappointing—many seemed more interested in getting as much money out of us as possible, even trying to sell us a unit that was too large for our home (which we knew from our own research). It was shocking to see how dishonest most of them were.
