Excellent customer service. This Company is professional and upfront about their fair prices. We had several trees that needed to be removed, and Bob Ray Inc scheduled at our earliest convenience us and got it done. They got the trees cut down and taken out in a few hours!

We have used Bob Ray services for all of our tree work for over 25 years at our residences in Louisville. The work has always been excellent, professionally performed, completed on time and appropriately priced. They deserve the 5 Stars!

Though Bob Ray was not the cheapest option for taking down a huge oak tree near our front door, their professional team delivered what they said they would, right on time, and with our 100% customer satisfaction. Not only was the stump removed soon afterward, but the dirt fill never settled, and the grass seeded is a perfect match for the rest of our front yard. We are more than satisfied and would definitely call Bob Ray again!

Bob Ray Co. removed a large chunk of a massive American Elm that had split during the night and blocked 8-10 parking places in our lot.
Later on, they came out, trimmed the deadwood from the same tree, and cabled a branch that looked like it could cause some trouble.
They responded quickly and were thorough and professional. This kind of service and expertise is not cheap, but it was worth every cent.

Our property in the Highlands has a very large oak tree between the street and the sidewalk. After some strong storms during May, a very large limb fell and blocked both our driveway and part of the street. Calls to a few tree service companies were unsuccessful. Upon calling Bob Ray Company, Gretchen, a courteous and competent person answered the phone immediately, quickly understood the situation, gathered relevant information and arranged for a service person to come assess the situation within about an hour. That person, Daniel, quickly pointed out that the tree is on the City’s easement and how to contact the appropriate people there. That process worked smoothly on the same day. It included the City personnel speaking very highly of Bob Ray Company. We’ve used a few other tree services over several years. Next time we will definitely rely on Bob Ray Company. It was very refreshing to encounter such competen, responsive and courteous service from both Gretchen and Daniel.

Bob Ray Company removed three trees and trimmed the overhanging branches of a neighbors tree. The work was done well. The crew was very professional. Everything was cleaned up well at the end. Crew communicated with us and with neighbors.

Amazing customer service and white glove clean up after removal of a 70 foot tree and stump. The owner loves trees and would only cut it down because it was no longer healthy and had become dangerous. They did a beautiful job thinning out our second 70 foot maple. 🍁 Highly recommended!

Bob Ray Co. did a fantastic job removing one very large red oak tree in my backyard. The removal was difficult because the oak had large limbs overlooking (on top) of my house. I paid extra to have the roots and old soil removed, and replaced with new soil. It was worth every penny, because I was able to grow new smaller ornamental evergreen trees that are doing well......I'd always recommend having the roots AND the soil removed....I feel like I have a NEW backyard. Bob Ray Co. were able to remove a huge tree for us that was in an impossible area to access. They had all the specialized equipment and expertly removed the tree with no damage to property and without a trace! You can't even tell there was a tree there.

Crew did a good job cleaning the crown of our massive (tall) oak tree at a reasonable price. Timely arrival and great cleanup. Getting quote and scheduling work took several weeks for each step, but it was not an emergency. I would recommend Bob Ray Co.

My mother-in-law had a tree fall during a storm. Dan from Bob Ray company came out and was very courteous and professional. They cut the tree up and cleaned up all their mess. I would recommend them for any tree work you need done.
