Bob Ray company took down a large maple tree that was dead at my home in Crescent Hills.
They did an excellent and professional job.
I wasn’t billed until everything was complete down to grinding the stump.
They were considerate of my neighbors and made all the appropriate arrangements with LG&E.
It was a great experience and I would highly recommend using their company.

The experience I had with Bob Ray Company has been outstanding.I would definitely recommend them for your tree service.Their customer service rep, Dan, promptly replied to my request for limb service after my huge maple tree was struck by lightning.The day of service their tree trimmer spoke to me when he arrived.He verified my request, completed the work by cutting, clearing, and neatly stacking the lumber from the huge branch which invaded my property.Dan followed up again for confirmation of their service.Thank you so much for your customer service, professionalism, and a great job!

Tree removals were extensive and Bob Ray Co was timely, professional and delivered the results expected from the plans we discussed - positive results for protecting our property

We purchased a home which had 2 very large white oaks that looked to be dying. We called the Bob Ray Company for advice and they determined that they were infested. They were very up front telling us they could spray them but there was a 50% chance this may not preserve the trees. We had them sprayed for a very reasonable price and the trees are now thriving 4 years later. Good job Bob Ray. Appreciate your advice and thorough job.

Second time I needed their services and can say this is a very professional group. Lead man, Jeremy Coomey, was outstanding!

They did an excellent job. It looks wonderful They did everything they said they would do plus more !!!

If I could give them a zero, I would. They came into the property they were clearing and did not install silt fencing before they started, they came over the marked property lines, planning and zoning had to stop their work and they destroyed many healthy trees that could have stayed. Owner Greg was also extremely rude and uncooperative. I had many others with city government and others in the industry tell me they are notorious for not following any guidelines. DON’T USE THEM!!

Hats off to Greg Deetsch, owner of Grasshoppers Landclearing and Tree service, Inc., 2405 Blankenbaker Rd in Louisville, Ky, and his team who recently removed a large OakTree and large Magnolia Tree in my back and side yard. Zach, Michael, and Austin did a superb job! They arrived promptly when scheduled and were very professional, courteous, cautious, and worked hard and steadfastly throughout the day. They removed the stump and cleaned up any remaining debris. It was a major decision for me to remove these trees. However, with some of the severe winds and storms we have encountered in the past few years and major damage throughout our city, I feared them falling and causing the same to my home. The peace of mind I feel and reduction in work and constant cleanup from the age of the trees made me realize it was definitely the right decision! If you have such concerns, give Greg a call. Took down a 70' Sycamore & ground out a double trunk. Team went above & beyond. They were meticulous and left our yard literally better than they found it. Will absolutely use them for anything needed in the future.

Grasshoppers is in the middle of mulching almost 2 acres of trees we removed. It was a massive pile. Greg sent in a huge backhoe and a mulcher called The Beast. Zach ran the equipment on site. These guys know how to get the job done. Not too many businesses in Louisville can do what they do and at the scale that they can handle. They are not done yet but the preliminary results are impressive. Greg and Zach are very easy to work with.

Danka Tree Care did a phenomenal job! We had a very tall Oak tree removed from our property and the stump ground. They did it all within 2.5 hours and very minimal in the debris left! Very cost friendly as well!

Danka Tree service just completed two jobs for us. The first was for scheduled tree care including trimming and tree removal. Our backyard is inaccessible to large equipment and they climbed a 40’ elm to trim dead branches as well as a cab.ing and bracing a honey locust. All the work was done with great care to the existing landscaping which is extensive. Wonderful people to work with. I can’t recommend Joseph Danka enough. We lost a tree to the big storm and Joseph had someone here to clean it up the next morning.

Also, their equipment is in excellent condition and they use first rate safety gear.

I’ll use Danka Tree Care again and every time I need work done! We had them remove a mature and failing Willow tree, grind the stump and chase the primary roots. They also removed and ground stumps of a few other trees, and removed large limbs to raise the canopy of our landscaping. Their crew was efficient, did a GREAT job of cleaning the yard up as they wrapped up and were very professional and easy to work with!

We've worked with the Danka team on 2 major projects at our house. Both times they have been extremely communicative, responsive, and professional. They are very fairly priced and do great work.
