Please do yourself a favor and stay away! They absolutely take advantage of people who don't know any better after big storms.

They did a good job cutting down our large oak tree and cleaning up. The price was good too.

Wanted a second opinion on a tree problem. Joe was supposed to call me back 3 weeks ago. I have called multiple times and left email messages and no response. I would have to say this company is neither responsive nor professional.

Reliable and great work! Stump grinding was exactly to the level we wanted and at a very reasonable price. Appreciated the appointment and level of professionalism as the two other companies contacted didn't compare to Danka.

Have used them twice, the second time was last week. Joe, the owner is very professional and personable. They seem to go above and beyond every time. Great clean up on site. Tree issues are not cheap, but he seems reasonable and I would rather have a professional company that knows what they are doing than try to go cut rate!!

Joseph said he had equipment small enough to get through a tight spot to remove the tree stump, that’s why I chose his company. However, they didn’t remove the stump, so I called him and asked for $100 back, because for that money another company would have cut down the tree leaving the stump. So, I could have saved $100. Joseph said he would mail me a check, but never did. I will not be using his services again.

Joseph helped diagnosis the problem with our tree and then sent out his crew for trimming and pruning. The crew showed up on time, was professional, did the job well and cleaned up our yard afterwards. Definitely recommend Danka Tree Care Co.

They did a fine job cutting down the backyard tree, but they neglected to prune the front tree, as promised in our estimate. And they broke a panel of my fence. We were told they would replace the broken segment and come back later to prune the front tree. Neither happened. I called multiple times for the next two weeks. No response until two weeks later. I'm told their voicemail had issues and they would prune the tree and repair the fence. It's now a month later and still neither has happened. I fixed my fence already. I'm tired of calling and being relegated to only leaving voicemails. Your mileage may vary.

Mr. Danka was prompt, professional, and friendly, and his quote was very reasonable. The service team was efficient, pruned only what was necessary, and cleaned the area before departing. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for tree care services.

HIGHLY recommend! The scheduling was easy and fast. They cleaned up everything after our work was done. And the work was better then I could have expected at a cost that I think was more than fair. If you need trees pruned or taken down, these are the people to call!

Joseph Danka was very professional, responsive, and customer focused. He quickly responded to my email inquiries, even though it was Memorial Day Weekend. He did the job promptly and efficiently at a very reasonable price. He removed a fallen tree and stump in the front yard, and cleaned everything up. He also let us keep as much of the mulch as we wanted. I would strongly recommend Joseph Danka's services anytime to anyone.

Exceptional experience! We had a massive Tulip Poplar partially collapse on our garage. I know from experience that our local tree companies are very busy, but Joe came out the next morning and worked to get the tree cleared away from the power line so that LG&E could come and restore the power. His crew had to return several more times to get rid of the giant mess, but today is one week from the incident and the tree is gone. They did a spotless clean up job. I would highly recommend them!

I had this company take out a 60 ft. Silver Maple that was becoming unsafe for nearby house, garden, and animals in the backyard. The price was competitive. The workers arrived exactly on time both days. They had very good equipment, pulleys, and skills resulting in zero damage. They were friendly and interacted very well. They did an excellent job of cleanup and caring for our lawn on very wet ground. They have a can-do attitude, even to renting a front loader to move the heaviest pieces and finish on time. I would recommend them to anyone having a difficult tree removal job, especially one involving climbing and nearby structures. My customer experience was an excellent one.

The service and quality of work provided by the Danka Tree Company was excellent! Mr. Danka (Joe) was prompt in responding to phone calls, emails and providing an estimate. His estimate was the most fair and reasonable one that I received. His employees - Cody, Jacob and Miles - arrived on time and worked amazingly as a team to take down a huge (dead) ash tree, cut down honeysuckle bushes, cut out deadwood from another big tree, and grind down multiple stumps. I was amazed at how they were able to complete the job so efficiently. They cleaned up everything after the job was completed, including the street surface in front of my house. This company definitely met and exceeded my expectations!

BEWARE: Joseph only accepts full payment up front. In my situation, the job was supposed to take place in 2 phases.

The first phase was handled swiftly. My neighbor wasn't happy that their internet was disabled due to a powerline snapping during the tree cutting process. However, my neighbor was able to resolve the situation the next day.

Joseph and his team have NOT shown up to complete the 2nd phase. I've called and left numerous emails. He has failed to respond, and it's been months!

Unfortunately, due to his lack of communication, I'm unable to recommend this company.
