I have used Cliff Cole Mechanical Contractors for 2 jobs now. Both times they responded quickly to my needs. Chad was professional and did an excellent job both times.

My Dad needed some emergency plumbing work done as a water line under his bathroom was cut by accident. They responded promptly and made sure some other insulation problems were taken care of before they left. My father is a senior citizen and I really appreciate the care, concern, and respect with which they treated him!

Does not provide accurate quotes upfront, uncharges after the fact, does not provide itemized receipts for work done and is rude and unprofessional when seeking clarification on work and pricing.

Bryan and Nathan showed up on time an had all the needed tools for the job , they were changing out our heating and cooling system , they took care not to track dirt through our house , they were done in a timely manner and did good work , would definitely use them again

Came out and repaired our A/C unit on really short notice Saturday morning. Great guy, great service, very affordable. We'll be using Kryson for any future repairs.

I am a contractor who only visits home once in a while and one weekend I came home to no AC the house 90 degrees. I only had 2 days to be home and I drove a long ways. Everyone was booked including these guys but after explaining my situation he came out early in the morning before his first appointment and had my AC up and running by mid day. I couldn’t be happier! Thank you!

Brian is such a gentleman and really knows his business. I just bought a new house and had several plumbing and heating issues. Brian is very prompt and troubleshooted all the problems immediately. I would highly recommend his services. He is prompt, communicates well, and tells you exactly how much everything will cost. I had bought a washer and dryer from someone on marketplace on Facebook and got scammed with a bad dryer. Bryan came highly recommended from a group I'm in. I called and they came out and worked 2 hours non stop trying to fix the dryer but no go. He ended up bringing me another dryer, in better condition and installed it and it worked like a charm- all within a week of our initial contact. I can't say enough good about Bryan and Nathan and Kryson Services. They treated me awesome, kind, professional, courteous, funny and really went above and beyond my expectations. Look no further if you need someone for your appliance and HVAC/Plumbing needs.

Brian is a great technician. He helped us find a compressor, ordered and installed it in a very timely fashion. We had a small leak in our system, Brian and his assistant Nathan went above and beyond to find it. I would definitely recommend Kryson, and especially Brian. Great work and very professional.

Absolutely fantastic plumber. Got to my house as quick as he could to clear a clog. He was super fast and even went the extra step to check with a camera to see if there was any cause to the clog. He listened to all things I’m planning to do and is willing to help for an Incredible price. Absolutely smokes anyone else local on price. Would highly recommend!

I’m a dentist in a multi-tenant building in Lexington. I texted Brian as soon as I noticed a clogged toilet in my office (almost 5PM) Thursday, and not only was he the only company to text me right back, but Nathan arrived to my office at 6:50AM Friday then another gentleman (I wish I knew his name, sorry!) joined him later in my office as soon as they realized the issue was larger than expected. Not only did Brian stand behind the quote he gave me on Thursday night, but his crew was at my office the entire day working so hard to get the job done. They successfully unclogged everything, then cleaned up the mess that was left behind. THEN, they caught some thing that was not installed right the first time, and they made it right. Wow!! This company was professional, efficient, and I appreciate them so very much! Sadly, it is getting harder and harder to find people to show up to work, let alone someone who can actually complete a job. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to Kryson Services! Keep them in mind for your plumbing needs.
