I called on a Sunday evening to see about maybe scheduling an appointment and A1 came out in 20 minutes was very professional and got my a.c. running again. Would recommend to anyone.

As a property manager, and property owner with many hvac units, I must say I have never been happier with A1 heating and air. Jony is super quick to answer the service calls which makes my tenants very happy. Everything is always fixed right the first time. And rarely even need him anymore (because he fixed everything so good). Do yourself a favor and call Jony. You will not be disappointed!

My grandmother has worked with A1 heating and air conditioning for over 25 years. Ray, Pat and Jony are honest and dependable and Ray is creative and can make things work.. Also generously worked us in late on a busy 90+° June day when the air conditioning capacitor went out.. it was most appreciated. Highly recommend.

Ray and Pat are some of the best people you would ever want to know. With many years experience, and abilities they not are only great people I have known for decades, they are the best I have had work on my heat pump. Fair on prices and overall best you can find. This comes from a person who had a construction company for almost 50 yeas around Lexington area. Call them first. Would be a smart decision.

Wouldn't let this guy install a box fan in my window. Trash company. Stay away.

These guys do excellent work! Called this HVAC business for a changeout on 2 systems and after the job was complete they gave us a 10 year warranty and made sure everything was 💯 perfect.

Excellent company! Came out to fix my moms ac unit it wasn’t blowing cold air during the 95° weather we where having. Igor stayed in touch over phone and had his crew come out and fix the problem within a few days, Danny came out and figured out the main issue quickly, very professional and kind. Thank you so much would definitely recommend! My mother is very happy and is highly thanking Danny for his good thinking and resolving the problem quickly!

After skimming through all the positive reviews, I'm very confused why I haven't had similar experiences dealing with AirPro. They came out here multiple times last year and this year, including just a few weeks ago. Most of these calls resulted in them supposedly not finding anything wrong, or whatever they claimed was wrong was trivial and easily fixed. One incident in particular had a tech tell me that nothing at all was wrong and everything was working fine outside. Yet for over 24 hours there wasn't any heat, and after he checked everything, it started working again. But according to him, he didn't fix anything as nothing was wrong. This became a recurring theme where folks come out, find nothing wrong, but the heat starts working again for a few weeks before going out all over again. Personality-wise, very nice, approachable people. I'm just unsure what to think about the services when we continuously have the same issue, and they continue to tell us that nothing is wrong. Right now, we have NO HEAT because when they came out last time, they said the heating issue resulted from using a poor quality filter (except we changed it immediately, yet here we are again...). On an ending note, I have some confidence that this is a result of miscommunication since there are many 5 star reviews! I really just want my HVAC issue resolved. Hopefully soon!

Luis came out, and after about 2 minutes knew what the issue was with our heat pump. 15 minutes later we had heat again and he was leaving. He explained the issue to us thoroughly and left us feeling confident we’ll be set.

Luis was great. Took the time to explain the issue and the proper repair. He was polite and professional.

After getting shafted by other companies on "work done" on our hvac system and being told "its fine" or "thats just how your system works", these folks really blew it out of the park. For 2 years, my wife and I have struggled with companies coming out and blowing us off while our house was miserably hot in the summer or our heating bill was massive just to keep the house at 62 in the winter. Igor came out, took a look, and explained all the issues we had been having. Turns out, we weren't just sweating in our sleep and freezing in the winter for fun! Within no time Juan, Dimitri, Eddie, and Luis tackled the mountain of replacing close to 90% of our system in a day! Every one was friendly and super professional. The price was incredibly reasonable. I will forever recommend this company and call nobody but them. Process from start to finish was phenomenal. They also hauled off and cleaned up everything they touched! I'm rambling at this point, but after 2 years of thinking we bought a house with a lemon hvac system, I got to turn the air down to 64 and sleep like the dead. Thanks to everybody at Airpro!! Call em!
