AirPro is fantastic. I called because my office space was getting too hot and wanted them to install a mini split or a window unit. Daniel with AirPro came by and figured out why my office wasn’t cooling properly and got it fixed. Charged only $90… I was ready to spend 10x that or more. Great company.

Luis Garcia came out and sorted out my issue quickly. The house was having a hard time warming up during this cold spell compared to how it used to warm the house with hardly any air coming out of the registers. This past summer, the unit was also having a hard time keeping up with cooling and I called another company out to check on my system. That tech noticed that there was excessive air pressure when opening the attic door, but didn't check too closely and found nothing wrong with the unit itself and only charged me a diagnostic fee. So when the house wouldn't warm properly, even though the auxiliary heat was on, I knew I had to call someone out. So I called AirPro and they sent Luis out. When we opened the attic door, it again had the unusual excessive pressure and the attic was warm. Luis discovered the problem immediately. The problem was that the original installer who installed the HVAC system didn't do a great job and one of the two ducts were completely off and the other was hanging on with only a small portion of the duct receiving any air. Because of this, 75% of air was going into the attic. Luis was able to reconnect and reseal the ducts permanently. I immediately felt the difference with the amount of air that was coming out of the registers. From now on, I will only call AirPro.

The service tech, Luis, was very personable as well as knowledgeable about the product he was installing (2 smart thermostats). He quickly had both of the installs completed and helped us with the app on our phones. He also did a great job with our routine maintenance. I would highly recommend AirPro and the technician, Luis, for any other HVAC needs.

Mike with AirPro was extremely professional. As someone who is in their first home and this is the first issue we’ve had with our HVAC, he was very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. He was also quick to come out. The visit lasted about 30 minutes. He also went into great detail of how my clog happened, what to do to fix it, and how to prevent it. He also checked other things that might give us future problems and gave different recommendations.

I would highly recommend AirPro. I have used them for my personal property and rentals. They have always been extremely easy to work with and very professional. On the most recent job, Mike went above and beyond what I would have expected! A++

First off the crew was nothing but professional. CJ, Ryan, Vitalie (Sorry man if I butchered it) were great. Extremely knowledgeable about what they were installing. We contacted them for a complete new install of a Rheem 17 Seer unit.

They went above and beyond to get us taken care of. Upon arrival we realized the alley way to the back was too small for the unit to fit through. Being the guys they are, they took down a fence panel, pulled out the old, in with the new, and reset the fence. Something they really didn't have to do.

All three guys were personable, easy to talk to and willing to educate us on our new system. CJ helped us make the proper decisions for thermostat placement and where the new supply runs should be located.

These guys did amazing work and it shows with how much pride they have in what they do. Since we have owned our house, this is the most comfortable we have been. We couldn't be happier with our choice to use AirPro.
