I waited a few months before I made this review, just to be sure I was still pleased with R and R services AND I AM! My almost 30 year old HVAC finally died in July and I was recommended R and R by a friend. Although I had issues with financing in the beginning, they were super understanding and responsive to all my questions and requests.

When I was finally able to get the HVAC installed they updated the old duct work and put three return vents upstairs (I did not have return vents upstairs originally). Now when my HVAC cuts on, I can finally feel the air, cooled or heated, pushing out of my old vents! The temperature differential between my two floors is reduced from 5-10 degrees to two degrees! My 140 year old house is comfortable to live in once again and all for a reasonable price. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EASY TO WORK WITH!

I just purchased a home and on our first day of ownership the heating went out upstairs and the temperature was supposed to drop that night. I called in to see what could be done and the guys at R&R went above and beyond what I expected. They got me set up with a temporary fix until the full repair could be made two days later then worked around my move in to make sure we were taken care of. Everyone I spoke with was understanding and professional. 5 stars isn’t enough for these great people. Thank you for your help and will be giving your information to everyone I know.

The owner came out and gave me a quote within a couple days of my call. Once I was ready for the new unit install they were there in less than a week. The guys were professional, kind, polite, and kept m up to date with theirs progress during the day. The unit works great so far. They’ll be my go-to from now on.

Prior to selling their product they said they will cover the product waiting one month. After one month they said the cover won’t cover the product. They don’t also want to cancel the policy. It took me so much trouble to cancel the policy! Stay away from their services. It just horrible.

He was quick to respond, came out the very next day and got it done. His work is nothing but efficient, clean, and high quality. He was professional and friendly throughout our whole experience. His prices are incredibly fair and we look forward to working with him again!
