We had a great experience working with NEFCO. The team was professional, courteous, and very easy to work with. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered our questions, and made the process feel straightforward from start to finish. The work was completed efficiently and the quality was excellent. Highly recommend and look forward to working with them in the future.

They came out to give me a quote, and they were early to do that.
They were able to get the job scheduled that day, despite the snow.
Both installers let me know when they would arrive, and texted when they were about 25 mins away.
They were very polite and professional. They wore boot coverings while in the house.
I was on conference calls while they were doing the project and were very cognizant of that fact and held the “noisy stuff” for between calls.
They completed the project in a timely manner, walked through it with me while testing the lighting fixtures.
It looks great and brought life to a basement stairwell.
They cleaned everything up as if they had never been there.
I am extremely happy with the electricians and really happy with their professionalism and their work.

The installers were very professional and friendly. They took care in protecting the spaces in which they worked. The install of running wiring for a dedicated circuit and my microwave went smoothly. I am very pleased with their work.

I had a burning smell coming from my dryer outlet and I knew it had to be addressed ASAP. The business phone was answered on Black Friday by Chris and he scheduled a technician to come out the same day. There was a very serious problem with the outlet. It wound up burning the plug to my new dryer. Codey was the technician that came out and very professionally diagnosed my problem, quoted the repair, and replaced the necessary parts. I was very pleased with Chris, Codey, and the pricing. I also received a 3 year warranty on the repair. I would absolutely use NEFCO ELECTRIC again, and highly recommend them for electrical needs!

I have said it before and I will continue to repeat it…NEFCO is hands down the best electrician company that I have ever met. Their entire team are complete professionals that take pride in the work, listen to the customers and communicate continuously with every project!

Regardless of which tech is assigned to our projects, each and every one of them are friendly, courteous and professional. My wife and I are always impressed with the respect they show us, our home, and our needs for each individual project. They never try to push their own agenda on us and they work with what our plan is. If something is not feasible, we trust their opinion 100% and move forward with their suggestions and recommendations.

The best compliment they could get was when the city electrical inspector took time to comment on how well everything was installed and how clean and precise all of the details were on our outdoor living space.

NEFCO is affordable, reliable and efficient and my wife and I give them our highest recommendation.

We have used them for the outdoor space, adding garage outlets, and updating our home office. We will be using them for all of our future projects!

Never enough people working the counter sales.
Usually one guy. They act like you're putting them out because you're not Jolly Plumbing or one of their normal customers. You just get ignored usually until they feel like asking you what you need.

When the Watermain at my house went out I was referred to these guys by a local plumber. By the end of it it turned out they had the parts I needed at about a quarter of what the parts would cost on Amazon and they are local. Stephen at the front counter was incredibly helpful and I appreciate them all.

Don’t waste your time- our order was never placed, horrible customer service.

This company came recommended to us by a family member so we went in store two weeks ago to look at bathtubs. In store, we were helped by Bobby and ended up giving us information and booklets on a variety of tubs. We contacted Bobby via email a few days later telling him what tub we decided on and would like to order. After a few email exchanges we were under the impression our order was placed.
We called back in 7 days to check the status of the order, since that was the delivery time we were told. Instead, we found out there is no record of our order being placed. I cannot express how disappointing this was, especially since we are on a timeline for our home renovations. We called the store and were informed that Bobby was out on vacation, the other sales associate told us that she wouldn’t be in on Friday so we couldn’t place an order until Monday. We called first thing today and was told Bobby still wasn’t in, we called back again later and still wasn’t there. We received an email from Bobby saying he’d give us a call but never did.
We were going to purchase other products for our home renovation through Winnelson but definitely will NOT be doing so after this awful experience. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone considering, their customer service is awful and not reliable. At this point we are now looking for the same bathtub from a different company, we are beyond frustrated.

I called and spoke to Roger Taylor and was pleasantly surprised at the generous help he gave me about my cistern tank and water pump to get it running properly. He restored my faith in true customer service like I have not seen in a long time. Thank you. I will remember when I or others need parts and will recommend you. Thank you, Again, for your kindness and genuine help telling me what to do about something I knew nothing about.

Josh and the team have taken great care of us. He and the team at Wilder Winnelson have been helpful and supportive with us as we stocked our first plumbing van. We look forward to using them for all of our future needs.

First time I use DBS. Ron was great. Went about his job, and finished in quickly. No mess. Very friendly.
Will differently use again.

Just used DBS again. Cameron and his sidekick was absolutely wonderful. The came , they conquered. Ran into problems with pipe in bathroom, was connected to neighbors, (condo) they spoke with neighbor and worked in his bathroom and mine and solved the problem.
Their personalities was great and so was work ethics.
My second time using DBS will definitely use them again.
