DSB sent a plumber name Cameron to our house to repair a burst pipe and toilet. He was amazing. He explained pricing, what he had to do, and just was personable. Did not over charge us and was quick. Highly recommend them.

Had an ejection pump failure for our waste system in the basement. Hard to find people who know how to repair these properly. Luckily Ron works for DBS. He had worked on our system before for a different plumber. He diagnosed the problem thoroughly and found a bad float. He had the parts on the truck and tested the whole system multiple times before he left. He also fixed it pretty quick and explained the whole process. Also the price was way less than I anticipated. 5 stars for Ron and DBS.

Ron, the plumber, was replacing the faucet in my home. When the deck plate was not flush with the sink, he showed me the issue and explained why the deck plate was not flush. Fortunately, I had purchased 2 faucets and he was able to install the other faucet. I appreciated Ron’s honesty in describing the problem with the deck plate and his insight on his recommendations to try the other faucet.

The bid process was thorough and the quote was very detailed with pricing. The work was scheduled and the workers arrived on time and they had the job finished in a timely manner. The job was left clean and the work quality was spectacular. Although I hope to never need a plumber again, DBS will be my first call if I do.

Tony was absolutely amazing! He showed such kindness and was very thorough. Although, we couldn’t get to the bottom of exactly what was going on, he point us into the direction of someone more tailored to our certain situation and I couldn’t be more pleased!

As part of the Jolly Plumbing home plan, Rico Hill came to check on our furnace, ensuring it was in excellent condition for the rest of winter. He was very professional but friendly and relaxed enough to enjoy my kids bringing him artwork every few minutes, and my dogs checking on him whenever the children ran downstairs. He pointed out two regular maintenance items that we’ve neglected over the years and offered to tend to them right then and there. When I said my husband was skilled at home repairs and asked which was more difficult, he explained further so I could make an informed decision. It was an excellent visit, and I’m grateful for Rico’s kindness, service, and knowledge.

The installation of a new water heater by Tyler Brewer and his assistant Gavin was outstanding. They removed the old WH quickly and efficiently and promptly left my house to secure a new one. Upon return they went to work immediately and had the new WH up and running in less than an hour. They were courteous, knowledgeable and savvy. A couple of excellent employees that Jolly Plumbing should be proud of, which I'm sure they are. I would recommend Jolly Plumbing to one and all for their fine service and competence. After calling 4 different plumbers in the area Jolly Plumbing came to my rescue very fast too. They beat the price of everyone I contacted as I’m on a fixed income and a stay at home mom. Ronnie with the drain team was fantastic and was very supportive and helpful. Very genuine person and I’m glad they sent him to help. He took the time to find my basement drain plug that 3 other plumbers didn’t take the time to search for. And stayed to make sure nothing was coming back up from the toilet or the shower drains. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

We had a leak caused by a cracked flange, and Tony took care of it quickly and professionally. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. He was very polite, respectful, and just an overall great guy to work with. The repair was done well, and we felt confident in the work when he left. Would absolutely recommend and would use him again.
