DBS has been a "go-to" for me since moving to the area. They are professional and convenient to use. You get a window (2 hrs) and then a text when they are on their way with a real time tracker telling you where the tech is. I have used them for rentals and they have set up service with tenants and are always very kind and personable.

Great Communication, Quick Service, For a fair Price! Had a water heater blow out last week and dbs was at the house within the hour of contacting them to get it replaced! Had a second issue arise a couple days later and Jazmyn was just as prompt the second time with getting a tech out to the house. The cleanup after the job, you couldn’t ask for anything more they definitely went above and beyond. Highly recommend. Absolutely the best experience!!! Ron diagnosed our problem with our grinder pump, He installed a new pump for us, repaired what he discovered was also bad and in one and a half days we are up and running!

I had a basement wall that was about to collapse and all the plumbing had to be removed from it. Lo and behold, their estimator cleared their schedule to come see what was going on and scheduled me in within the week.

From the dispatcher in the office (who put up with me calling almost once a day for a week), to the crew who came out and installed a manual water shut off without me asking, (due to a street water main that is difficult to get to) it was a great experience.

They are worth your money and consideration!

12/20/2022 Kyle replaced my hot water heater, he was on time and professional. My youngest daughter was taking a nap and he was even quiet enough the entire time she never woke up. Fast and top quality service especially for the week of Christmas.
