I highly recommend Survey Land Express! My point of contact throughout the surveying process was Paul. He was attentive, thorough, and transparent in our calls and emails. We recently purchased a house and wanted to identify the property boundaries with a survey. The price was clearly laid out from the beginning along with the services and documents we would receive at the end. When Paul and I spoke about the survey, he explained the process and any additional documents the team would need me to gather to verify the property boundaries. Paul and the team were very helpful in handling our survey that was a little more complicated due to the age of the property and the lack of updated records in the county's system. I am pleased with the result! The boundaries are properly marked, and the final survey is quite detailed thanks to the CAD tech. I appreciate the work ethic and customer service at Survey Land Express and will be recommending them for small and big projects.
Paul and his team did a great job surveying my property! When I received the Survey, I noticed a minor mistake. I contacted them by email to request correction and to ask for some extra information regarding dimensions within my property around a construction easement. They responded by the next day with both. I am very pleased with their customer service and finished work product!
Very positive experience with SLE Inc., including coming back for an extra day to make sure our corner pins were set accurately (1950s house, any existings couldn't be located). They also provided a full CAD file when requested, in addition to the PDF survey. Price was fair, all staff interactions, in-person/email/phone, were great.
I have been using Survey Land Express for the past 2 years and am very pleased with the services they provide. Professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. Looking forward to working with Steve, Paul and the rest of the team on many more projects to come. I can't recommend them enough.
I’ve worked with Paul and his team for 2 separate surveys and each time the process is so smooth and they make everything very easy and each project was completed in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend using them!!
