These guys do a fantastic job every single year never have any issues very timely very friendly. I wasn’t even home and they kept me informed the entire time.

The company responded quickly to my service request. Their online system is excellent. The scheduling and payment processes were easily done online. Jeff showed up right on time, explained what he was going to do and finished quickly. He also assured me that he'd contact me in April for system turn on. It was great to work with a responsive and professional company.

Incompetent From management and supervisors they tend blame one another for errors they hardly ever answer phone calls bad reviews sound about right

Only did half of the contracted work and then had the nerve to bill us for the full price without finishing. Will never work with them again.

Previously requested quote for lawn maintenance - never received. Left messages regarding landscape project - calls not returned. Poor customer service experience for two consecutive seasons.

I don't know if I've ever dealt with a more incompetent business. From the owner to the employees, no one seems to know how to do things correctly and in compliance with the contract we have with them. From mowing the lawn to plowing snow, they literally find a way to do the bare minimum and have no problem doing low quality work. Our lawn has died many times, they didn't trim bushes when needed, laid sod that was haphazardly patched together and parts died within 2 months of being put down, sprinklers were not placed or cared for properly, they show up whenever (when it snows and it effects our customers ability to come and go, they will show up anytime that day with no notice or warning and do a terrible job and we've waited so long that we almost had to call another company) to plow snow and 90% of the time don't remove the snow from sidewalks as they are paid to do. They have damaged our property and not cared, showed up to mow and do very loud work when we specifically said don't come between certain hours. The list goes on and on. They never really try to do better, either. I've heard from others in town that they've messed up landscaping jobs that they charged $20k or more for. I get that it may be hard to hire and train new employees often, but regardless, this all falls on the owner . I just have not seen that level of carelessness and blatant disregard for what their job is in any other company I've ever dealt with. Save yourself the waste of money and additional stress and choose another company.

They didn't do what we asked, and then they kept blaming each other and even us sometimes, and they didn't even do mist of the work, will never use them again

We had a wonderful experience with Korpi Lawn and Landscape. From the initial meetings to nail down the design, to the installation, communication was easy. Korpi was very responsive, and if something wasn't quite to our satisfaction, they were very quick to make it right. We really appreciate their professionalism and responsiveness. Thank you!!
