Visited 2 of my properties 10 days ago to provide bids for lawn care work. Was told by Braylen that he would get back to me within 1-2 days with quotes. Left message a week after asking for status of bids. No call back. Called today and was told "maybe it got lost in the shuffle." 10 days wasted. Should have just called a bigger company.

After my mother passed away, I moved into her place to take care of the upkeep, but the grass got really tall. I put in a call early in the day and by the end of the night, they not only made time to help, but it was like night and day after they took care of business. Drove a riding mower, weed eated, used a push mower after the length was manageable, raked, and finished with a blower. Exceeded expectations! Great guys! Highly recommended!!

Excellent experience with Greenup. After having an expensive and poor experience with another company in town, Greenup’s service was a breath of fresh air. They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable and had the problem fixed quickly for a fraction of the price.

Your technician did a great job on our sprinklers today. Updated a few I needed help with one question however he did leave a flag out in our front yard and just wondering if there was a problem out there or if he just forgot it for whatever reason

They did great work seeding our pasture. I would recommend them to everyone. Plus the compost is top notch. We are using it in all our gardens.

The ladies who answered the phones in the office were very knowledgeable about the service being provided, as well as the guy doing the work. Both parties kept up complete transparency which was nice, and made the service very easy and hassle free.

The two gentlemen were extremely professional very good communication and felt they were up front and honest and really made me understand what the issues were and what they could do to fix them. They went above and beyond especially working in the wet rainy weather

My father called because he was looking for some services that weren’t listed on the website. He was greeted by Casey, who was either unable or unwilling to answer his questions. Every time he asked something, she would immediately interrupt and ask for his name, address, and phone number so someone could call him back. I understand that’s sometimes the process, but the interaction was short and unfriendly, and he ended the call with no other information, feeling completely dismissed. He ended up calling another company instead. First impressions matter!

Used Allen landscaping for the last 9 years and no issues until it went to new owners. No return phone calls, we need to service our irrigation and set up season end blowout and maintenance of our landscaping...nothing but crickets.

Purchased a 350$ spruce tree that died within a month or two. Had a receipt, with a supposedly “1 year guarantee” they would not except a return or a trade and I was turned away instantly. 350$ completely wasted
