Broke my windshield on my car from rock off their truck. Truck was equipped with a rollover tarp to prevent this but it wasn’t used. Called several times and got the run around and then was told “this is their busy season and the person in charge will call me back in a few months”.

Needed some plowing done asap and he came right out and I'm way out of town. Great company yo work on a Saturday. Thank you so much.

This is a great company to work with. His prices are very reasonable; he's extremely agreeable and easygoing and, most of all, if he says he'll do it, he does it. He'll work evenings or weekends to get the job done. He's incredibly fast and does a great job. I wouldn't hesitate to use them for any landscaping needs.

We were referred to Greg for snow plowing on our road and driveway. He is very responsive and knows when to plow without us having to request it. He does a great job for a reasonable price. Very professional and respectful.

I found Greg thanks to Google in my small limited area. He was very prompt and professional about getting back to me and quoting the job. He graveled our driveway about 18 yards worth. He was unable to get his big truck in there due to trees and mud. So he did it a yard at a time by hand. He did not shy away or over price for the added labor. Greg helped insure the safety of my family, for that I am extremely thankful. He's a hard working honest man. We will be doing more business in the near future.

This company does a great job. They worked with us for several years. We are in Montana city a 61 unit community and highly recommend them.

I've had Great Northern Landscaping spray weed and feed fertilizer on my half acre lawn this summer of 2023. They are busy so be patient and you will be pleased with the results. Keeps my lawn weed free and green, especially getting rid of clover. The price is reasonable compared to doing it yourself.

Our Homeowners Association has been with Great Northern Landscaping (formerly Montana Lawns) for 20+ years now. The lawn crew does a beautiful and careful job of mowing and they do not force us to mow every week in the late season when the grass isn't growing. The "budget billing" of six equal payments helps us budget future costs. Snow removal has always been timely and Brian and crew are very responsive to our needs. Not only does GNL plow our HOA streets, but they also remove snow on two large access streets which were installed as 'private streets' back in 1976 and thus the City of Helena won't plow. Six neighboring properties benefit from snow plowing of these Wildwood and Ferndale Lanes. Whenever there is an issue, Brian is just a quick phone call/text away. He also works with his clients to keep the costs of services at a reasonable amount. Very pleased.

Brian and his team at Great Northern were very professional and timely with our landscape project. We had a combination of hydro seed in front yard and sod in the backyard as well as concrete curbing and, sprinklers, rocks, plants, trees, etc… all on 2 acres of property. Everything turned out beautiful even our neighbors were impressed by our yard and are using them for landscape on their new home. Would highly recommend!!

My Condo Association hired Mr. Green on the basis of their solid reputation. We will not be hiring them again. Everything started friendly and helpful, but as delays occurred they did not keep me informed. I had to keep calling to get information and to push for work to be done on the schedule we hired them under. They offered some additional service to make up for the delays after finishing the original work we hired them for but did not complete the extra service. They claimed that they couldn’t do it because of parked cars, but had not given us a day or time so that I could ask residents to move since it was a Saturday morning and people weren’t leaving for work. They did not alert me when they arrived and did not inform me that they’d even tried for another six days.

I called and texted to try and find out what was going on with no response. They only contacted me again to send in the invoice. When I expressed dissatisfaction and tried to point out the communication issues, I was yelled at by David even as I was trying to give him information to send in the invoice. When trying to confirm that the invoice would match the estimate given that I’d already been alerted that there would be extra charges for chemicals use, I was threatened with a lien and shouted over when trying to explain my meaning.

They simply did a poor job of communicating any kind of schedule and keeping me in the loop as to what they needed, and when this problem was pointed out they turned aggressive and threatening. Having them work for us was a very bad experience. They were badly overbooked and taking their frustrations out on customers who had already been patient with two major delays in getting work done. While they got the original work done, they turned this process into a very stressful and time consuming issue.

My wife and I have both appreciated Mr Green's service and expertise. Not only do they offer great products, they are knowledgeable and willing to educate us about each of the choices made in the lawn care process. Doug is especially helpful - and continuously committed to a job well done.

Outdoor Solutions did a backyard landscape for me and my family , including a hardscapes bbq and outdoor kitchen . great work done within the date they told Me and it came out awesome!!! will definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors

Outdoor Solutions has done a wonderful job on my rentals. They do all my yard cleanups, sprinklers. They always make my yards look great.Thanks Guys. Did I mention they are always courteous and respectful.

Dave and his wife and the guys at Mr Green continue to raise the bar on great service. We are so very blessed and pleased to know just who to call when we need a snow plow!

I recently had a disappointing experience with Mr. Green Landscape Solutions/Outdoor Solutions. Despite their promising advertisements, the service left much to be desired. The appointment scheduling was a hassle, with multiple reschedules that were initiated by them at the last minute. When they finally arrived, they seemed rushed and not particularly attentive to detail. Areas of my lawn were unevenly cut, and they completely missed trimming around the garden edges, which was specifically mentioned when I booked the service. Additionally, they left a mess of grass clippings on my driveway and sidewalk, which I had to clean up myself. Communication was also lacking, as my attempts to discuss these issues were met with generic responses and no real resolution. Overall, I was very underwhelmed by the service provided and will be looking elsewhere for my lawn care needs in the future.

Mr. Green did my back yard cleanup today and did a fantastic job!!! They made sure to get all the leaves and pushed mowed my entire back yard which is large! Its the best job I have ever had! Thanks so very much!
