I've been very satisfied with Juan, but I would like to schedule the next application when I'll be here in order to consult with him about fall season. I go once a week to Beaumont to check on my business, but I can work with Juan to come up with date that will be convenient for both of us. Let

They know what they are doing. Aware of the grass types and the treatment based on the types. I am happy with their service.

The technicians from Trugreen always go above and beyond for me, and I appreciate that. They are all knowledgeable, courteous, understanding, and very timely any issues or quickly resolved, and have noticed a huge difference, not just in the lawn, but the shrubs and trees as well. Recommend Trugreen to anyone for their yard.

All of the technicians that have service to my house have always been very helpful and informative. Nationally, customer service is horrible. In the last week brown patches have started to grow in my yard. I called the national number, they said they would forward to the local League City office and I would hear back within 48 hours. 5 days later, nothing. I've had to call 3 times and all they tell me is all yhry can do is forward yhe onformation to the local office. The brown patches in my yard continue to grow and my yard is starting to look very bad. I can't seem to get ahold of anybody locally in the League City area to address this problem. None of my neighbors use TruGreen and their yards look a heck of a lot better than mine right now. So practice caution if you plan on using this service. Very unsatisfied right now.

The tech was very helpful. He explained how and when they will be applying fertilizer and insecticide. Also went over problem areas and how to address them. I am very happy with the service. Hopefully the grass will start looking good in the next few weeks.

I had a fantastic experience with my True Green Lawn Care Service representative. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand my lawn's specific needs. Ive had true green for over 1.5 yrs now and my yard should be impeccable by this point for how much I pay. Ive had my hard looking great by this time in the fall by myself but yet I have these grasses and weeds they can't get rid of they say. Also have several dead spots appearing which I have never had before. . I am canceling my service amd will once again do my own yard

Efficient and professional in applying the insecticide. Arrived promptly and went to work after announcing his arrival and intent.

Service not completed -- technician said he would have a supervisor come out and see if they can figure out why my grass is dying. Still waiting for that supervisor and watching my grass die.

We had the TruHealth lawn care program for 6 months to care four our St. Augustine lawn. We are very disappointed with the service.
Our issues…
* We had to request a consultation to discuss our weed issue continuing to get worse.
* During the consultation we found out the weeds are Dallisgrass and can’t be treated. Not a word from the Trugreen professionals after the prior lawn treatments.
* We were paying Trugreen to fertilize the weeds compounding the problem.
* Customer Service scheduled a Manager to review our issues. Apparently the Manager was too busy and sent a tech in stead.

Our current options are to dig out the individual weeds and replace with sod plugs or use grass killer to kill each weed.

Our satisfaction guaranteed lawn is pictured.

I called to voice a concern about our lawn and find out if it would be covered in service plan. Someone came out to evaluate within 48 hours. They started treatment the following day. They took my concern seriously!!

Darmarcus was the BEST!!! He walked the entire property with me to ensure that he treated every weed. He showed up on time with a huge smile on his face and a great attitude saying how much he loved his job. He needs a raise ASAP!!!

Do not use this company. There is no improvement in my yard at all. I paid for a year upfront and then once that time was up they charged my card without consent to continue the service.

David Bailey was great in completing my perimeter pest control application! Complete, thorough service that included a *walk around* the entire perimeter to ensure he was aware of all potential issues. In my first year with TG and still have a ways to go to get my lawn where needed. Am seeing improvement & that’s key!

Had our first treatment today hope it helps. We have had to re-sod a large area in our front yard about once a year for 7 years. Learn would look great for awhile and then back to no grass.

Hi! Just to let people know that I have always fertilized my own yard and had it beautiful dark green and neighbors would ask how to get their yard looking nice like mine i would give them advice and help them now true green came out and fertilized my yard with out my concent and have called them they came out one time took pictures and have not came back it was there mistake and now my grass is dead but they should come out take responsibility for there mistake and fix my lawn but if I have to go to court my neighbors they said they will go and be as witnesses on how my yard was and after true green killed it if I could give no stars I would. So the last picture I just added is before true green came out and fertilized. So its been about two weeks + and nothing yet and its been at least 1 month that they came out and did there mistake and what you know they came out again and sprayed my lawn and made a mistake again so if someone thinks I should sue them please let me know about a good lawyer

The man was very polite and professional! He informed me of his plan for my yard and what I should expect to see within his start of the treatment he will doing. He also explained what to expect from the treatment.

I requested lawn service quotes and initially contacted TruGreen, but ultimately chose another provider (Sunday Lawn Care). After informing TruGreen that I was no longer interested, I continued receiving 8–10 calls per day, even after clearly stating my decision. Despite asking them to stop, the calls continued from different phone numbers, forcing me to block them. During the final call, I explicitly warned that I would consider further contact harassment.
Two days later, at 6:30 PM—after dark, I arrived home to find the TruGreen League City area account manager standing in my yard near my front door, completely unannounced.This behavior crossed a serious line. I understand sales follow-up, but persistent calls, ignoring clear boundaries, and showing up uninvited at someone’s home is unacceptable and unprofessional. Based on this experience alone, I would never use TruGreen and strongly caution others.
