2 years of service and the worst lawn on the block. Do not use this company. It looks like acid has been sprayed on my lawn. I cancelled my service immediately and no change in my lawn has been made after giving them 2 months to do so. You would think after monthly service for almost 24 months I would have a beautiful lawn.

Do NOT use True Green. I purchased a plan for the entire yard and have had two applications. Neither have addressed the original problem. They are also treating my yard for weeds which I do NOT have. Customer service doesn’t provide answers to your problems, supervisors don’t callback when they are suppose to, and senior personnel are suppose to come out to yard to assess but do Not set up a date and time. They will just call when they are on their way this week sometime. NOT acceptable.

TruGreen was the best decision I could make to have my dream lawn. My grass is so beautiful and makes my home look gorgeous and well maintained. Living in Texas, I was thoroughly explained in details the care I also had to provide to maintain my lawn between professional TruGreen visits. I highly recommend their products and professional technicians. Great team work. I love my beautiful Lawn. I can also sit outside and not have to worry about mosquitoes. Thank you TruGreen. You definitely have a loyal customer.

True green is a great choice for lawn care. Be it home or business. True Green will have your lawn covered and looking good and healthy. Give them a call, you will appreciate the results.

Do Not Use TruGreen. Here’s My Full Experience.

As a new homeowner in Houston, I was looking for a reliable landscaping and pest control company. I usually choose local businesses, but TruGreen kept showing up first in my search results. Clearly, they pay top dollar to appear at the top, but the service I received was far from premium.

I decided to give them a try despite multiple friends and family members warning me not to. They all said the same thing. TruGreen is overpriced, unreliable, and inconsistent. People mentioned that even after prepaying for services in monthly or yearly bundles, TruGreen would often claim to have completed a visit when they never came.

When I was contacted by Joseph, the Houston account manager, I shared my concerns. He promised me that his branch was different. He said they had strong numbers, and he personally gave me his word that the negative stories I had heard would not happen to me. I believed him and paid for a full year of services in advance.

I was excited when I received two notifications that pest control and lawn care would happen that week. Pest control was first. I was told I didn’t need to be home. The technician came and left a report saying he applied pest control chemicals and removed a wasps nest. That nest was untouched. One of the services I specifically confirmed with Joseph was not done.

I sent Joseph a voice memo and photos of the wasps nest still there. He apologized and said someone would return. A month passed and no one came. I followed up again. Joseph told me he would handle it and said he would speak with his district manager. I told him that because of the inconvenience, I should receive an additional service. He agreed to look into it.

Another week passed. Still no word.

I called customer service and explained the situation. They offered to send someone out for free. That is not a favor. I had already paid for the service. Being offered something that should have already been completed is not a resolution.

At that point, I asked to cancel my services. The representative did not try to keep my business or ask how they could improve. They simply processed the cancellation and told me I would get a refund. Later I learned the refund was only for future services. They kept the money for the incomplete service I complained about.

I left a review as they requested, thinking someone would follow up. Weeks have passed. No response.

If you are considering using TruGreen, please save yourself the frustration. They overpromise and underdeliver. Once I started sharing my story, I heard even more terrible experiences from people I know.

This is not how a professional company should operate. There is no accountability, no integrity, and no care for the customer.

Choose a company that values your time, your money, and your trust. TruGreen is not that company.

I did not have a good experience with Trugreen and their customer service is not very good. I was promised weed removal and good lawn service but pretty much my lawn had the results that I did doing my own lawncare. They will lie to you and promise the world to get you to sign on. Save your time and money, and go with someone else.

I now have a dead front yard. I am the only one on my block with irrigation and TruGreen service in 2025. 90% of my St Augustine front yard is dead while my neighbors have living lawns, although we are in a drought.
I’ve canceled my service and expressed my unhappiness, but no response.

The yard looks great, but
I don’t think you should ask for a review the day you treat for fire aunts. You treated this morning and at 4:00 I still have active mounds. Not sure how long it takes to work.

I like to play outside and they cut they grass very well so I can play with My brothers

called him cause he was local and had an address, pre paid him 30 dollars to cut grass around rv,told me next day 9 am.. turned out he never showed up and rv park maintance cut the grass. asked him to refund,said he would show up 6am in morning to refund.on his way out to work. never showed up. dont trust this person,i will take him to court and hire an 500 dollar attorney,then he might wish that he refunded. so 45 minutes later he showed up i make 80 dollar an hour. then he said ok my friend 5 dollar estimate charge. seems like he is young an uneducated. doesnt own a watch and has no regard for other peoples time.

Absolutely the best lawn care I've had in this area! Or just in general. Ive gone thru 3 differnet company's and Ebers supercedes
all of them. I have quite a bit of property with ALOT of things to move around. These guys came here with a great price and did a fantastic job. They were very professional and they are always on time!

I used Eber's Tree Services to prune some large trees that were in serious need. Ivy had grown onto my roof and limbs were almost touching the 2nd floor windows. The trees had created so much shade that no grass was able to grow, therefore leaving a yard of mud when it rained. Eber's Services arrived on time and promptly began their work. I actually had to go to work so their work was completed in my absence. When I arrived home I was so impressed. I actually saw sunlight shining on the ground! All the limbs, leaves, etc. had been cleaned up and hauled off leaving a whole new look to my yard. I liked their work so much that I am going to have them work on my garden where all the plants had died from the severe freezing weather we experienced earlier this year. I highly recommend Eber's Tree Services for their professional and reasonably priced work.

The gentleman from Eber's tree service came out on Friday to quote the job. His team was here on Sat to complete the job. They did an excellence job and the yard was clean when they left. Highly recommend Eber's Tree Service.

Eber is awesome, communicates with me about service, and does a better job than any lawn service I have had before. I would recommend him to anyone!!! Thank you for being so efficient and thorough with your service!
