Eber's left their business card at our door after servicing some of our neighbors and we thought we'd give them a try since we were unsatisfied with our then-existing landscapers. I called their number in the early afternoon and Eber was able to come out and give us a quote that very evening. He and his team have been consistent with their services and on days where they run a little behind, they let me know they'll be out the following day. We have dog toys, two hammock stands and a large catio that always seem to end up in the yard, and they have no problem carefully moving our things out of their way if we fail to get to them first. They mow, edge and trim the hedges and are VERY reasonably priced.

I’ve been using Eber for a couple of years now and I’ll say he is Very reliable, communicative & reasonable prices. He’s also done a great job on my Christmas lights every year as well.

Poor quality of work. They would consistently blow all the leaves into the flower beds. Leave grass, trimming and the yard dirty. Bad communication skills. The owner threatened to put a lien on my house! As an active duty military personnel, I would not recommend or advise anyone to use his company

I called and I was told they would be out the following monday for a quote. They never showed up or even called with any explanation.

Worst lawn company in Alvin. They lie about when they are coming and expect you to pay even if they don’t cut your grass.

The company when doing a job they do great work i can honestly say that. But when it come to communication they are the worst. So if you use them don't expect consistency cause you won't get it.

The previous is my review from 2 years ago below. Unfortunately I am stopping services with Serrano’s. They have gone downhill in their customer service and the quality of their work. It is very hard to get a hold of anyone, when services are promised, deadlines are not met, and the quality of the work has decreased dramatically. The owner and the person who answer the phone complain about each other to customers, which is very unprofessional.

I have worked with Serrano's Lawn Service for almost a year now. I can't say enough about their professionalism, timeliness, and best of all I have a yard I love. Jose Serrano is talented when it comes to lawn care, maintenance, customer service, and giving advice on lawn care to new and scared homeowners like myself. Here's a big thank you to Jose! I've been using Serrano's lawn service for about 8 months, and I have had nothing but exemplary experience with them. Mr. Serrano and his team are extremely polite, they provide suggestions, and they always ensure I am happy with the results. I just had them clean & mulch my beds and was pleasantly surprised when I got home to find that they even extended one of my rose beds and added extra mulch to areas I didn't ask for. Very Pleased. Not sure why the person above me put down a bad review - perhaps he didn't have his bags of trash picked up in a timely manner by the trash service, but I would highly recommend Serrano's Lawn Service. Our experience with Stoneworks pro is 1 million percent great even though we’ve never met only by video because we live in Arizona this company/man has our work for sure from now on. And looking forward to moving to Chattanooga just to meet the man that worked on our lot to clear it all out just to build a home, Jeff will always be our pick to do all our work.

Jeff showed up exactly on time and did a fantastic job. Unfortunately, I had too big of an area to tackle in one day, but I will for sure be getting him back to work another day. He cleaned up my property that I bought from my grandparents estate. I’m 30 years old and lived there my whole life and I’ve never seen it look this good. I didn’t get the best pictures, though. If you need any mulching done, Jeff is your guy! You will not be disappointed!

Cleared 1.5 acres with a forestry mulching machine and did an amazing job. Then I had a pile of brush and previous tree work that was left in a pile on my property got many quotes on this job and everyone wanted an arm and leg for the job. My family has been out of our home for about six weeks due to repairs, and during that time our front and back yards had completely turned into a jungle. The grass was overgrown, weeds and vines were everywhere, and honestly, the property had become almost unrecognizable.
We called them for a one-time cleanup, and they exceeded our expectations. They provided a fair quote, had fast availability, and completed the entire property in a single day while I was at work.
When I came home, everything looked professionally finished, neatly trimmed, edged, and well maintained. They even mulched around my tree, and it now looks absolutely amazing.

Mi familia ha estado fuera de nuestra casa por aproximadamente seis semanas debido a unas reparaciones, y durante ese tiempo el patio delantero y trasero se convirtieron en una verdadera jungla. El cesped estaba altisimo, habia maleza y enredaderas por todas partes, y honestamente la propiedad ya casi ni se reconocia.
Los llamamos para una limpieza de una sola vez y superaron nuestras expectativas. Nos dieron un precio justo, tuvieron disponibilidad rapidamente y dejaron toda la propiedad lista en un solo dia mientras yo estaba trabajando.

Fast, professional, and an incredible job! Our backyard was overgrown with vines and weeds, and we needed a full clear out. The crew came out and did a beautiful job on clearing everything out in record time, and it’s like we have a brand new back yard! We also needed some flower bed weeding, and they look like new - will definitely be calling again for future yard work like tree trimming and planting.
