If I could give this company negative stars I would. We bought the TruHealth package in March of 2021. This included weed control, fertilization, and “tailored lawn treatment”. To this date they have treated our lawn a total of 3 times each treatment taking 5 minutes, and have charged us every month since then claiming they will give us 2 more treatments… and it’s mid September. We have a sprinkler system that is used 4-5 times a week which they claim we are not doing enough watering. We continuously call and they tell us a day and when the day comes they never show. Our lawn looks even worse than when it started. Most recently they claimed they stopped by our house and provided a treatment giving “live updates”. I was home and have a ring doorbell that shows the entire view of the front yard and no sign of Trugreen. They are complete scammers. Please do not give them any business

They don't even deserve one star - Don't use trugreen!!! They lie about what they do to your lawn. we had to call them several times just to get any one out to our house to do what was contracted to be done.

Fire TruGreen unless you want your lawn to look like this! Has to call them over 6 times to have them come out and do the July fertilizer treatment. They finally got around to it in Sept 3rd but it was to late as my lawn is now dead!!! Beware people, read the complaints as they aren't false..

They would give me a date and never show up I had them April thru August always a mix up call customer service rude hung up on me. They promised to take care of the lawn August,27 never showed up said they would come September,3 half price? Last straw done with them

Some of the worst service I've ever seen. Never came out to provide any of the services they said they were going to. I called customer service at least 8 times to try to resolve and they said it would get taking care. Never did. Nothing ever got scheduled. They would promise discounts for inconvenience that would never get credited. I would have to keep calling back. I am going to end up canceling the account. And would not recommend this company to anyone

My first season using Tru Green. The associates are friendly and polite and helpful answering questions about our lawn.

Had really bad experience with my front yard. Been with tru green since past 8 years. Should have the best lawn since I been with them for so long but had the worst lawn instead.
Thinking about quitting with them.

Austin is very nice and professional. He took the time to explain when to water when to seed for a much greener, healthier lawn.

Went well for two seasons. Then, prices skyrocketed. Here's the result of the last application this fall. Cost doubled because " we applied two treatments during one visit."

I live in the northeast. They treated my lawn in September of 2024, and I am still waiting for my lawn to come back to where it was before I hired them. There is a dead path around my property where they treated that is still dead today. They certainly didn't help my lawn, so I don't recommend them. They did try to reach back to me after my post, but the number that they left me was just another sales pitch. I'm not interested in hiring them again.

Wide selection of various plants and affordable prices. Better than Randalls.

Great selection and great prices compared to other garden centers around.

Great place lots of varieties. Pleasant staff.

The selections are wonderful. But, a little pricey.

I enjoyed my first trip to graziano's garden, I found do many fresh vegetables plants and herbs, I can't wait to bring my wife to see.

They did a great job today with my front landscaping. Very friendly hard-working nice people.
