I was looking for an extension cord for my cooktop, but unfortunately, no one was really helpful. The staff kept directing me to the wrong aisles, which was frustrating and time-consuming. I’ve always had good experiences at Home Depot, so this was disappointing. Hopefully, they can improve their customer service in the future.

This year plants looked great and lots of varieties. Pricing could be more competitive

The flower selection this year was fantastic. Staffing was low and a lot of dead plants.

We went to pick up flowers for our yard and patio. All the flowers and plants were dried out and dying like they were neglected. It was pitiful.

I own a small remodeling company and I had a special order. It was a rush. LOWES got it to me ahead of the delivered date and I had happy clients.

We waited at the lawn garden for at least twenty minutes. The cashier called for assistance 3 times and she was ignored. There zinna flowers were too expensive but the Sta Green Green Up $12.99 was a great deal. Military people can get %10 off.

The service reps were helpful. The cashier was friendly, respectful and prompt.The guys that loaded the mulch for us were great. However, we could not find the barrier for our mulch bed and some of the flowers didn't look too well. Overall, everything was good.

Your run off the mill LOWEs store. Went in there late in the evening for snow melt salt product but I lucked out.

Fast friendly service

Expert Solutions came today to trim trees and bushes. A very professional job done in a timely manner. I highly recommend them!

Fidel and his crew are hard working, reliable professionals. My yard is now rid of weeds and has beautiful sod and flower beds with plants and mulch. We highly recommend them!

Unfortunately my only interaction with this business was when they destroyed the entire front of my car because they were too lazy to broom off the gravel on their landscape trailer prior to entering the roadway. The crew operating the vehicle was LAZY, and non-empathetic as well as refusing to pull over and take responsibility. Keep in mind, if it was a bit of gravel that bounced out of a contained trailer, I would semi understand, but this was piles of gravel outside the trailer bed, and on the fenders just flying into traffic when they hit a bump. Thanks for destroying my car that I recently had shipped here... Now the entire hood, fender, roof, and bumper need repainted as well as the windshield needs replaced.. Now the title is going to be branded on a collectors car, because you are LAZY! No apology, no empathy, simply laziness and a complete disregard for other peoples property.

Someone named Rudy has taken over this business. Rudy speaks very poor English. They did a poor job with my house, I had to request they come out 3 times to do basic landscaping and clean up and it ended up looking terrible. I had to pay someone else to power wash what Rudy had power washed. Rudy left streaks and dirt on the driveway and house. I will pay someone else to finish the job and make the landscaping look good. Lastly, I paid him and asked him for a receipt. He said he would email me the receipt and then forgot about it, never did it, despite my reminders. The guy has bad character, bad communication, and is incompetent.
