TruGreen is a reputable company that provides outstanding service to its customers

So far so good! Their techs are friendly, informative, and knowledgeable. The first treatment literally just happened so I guess I still reserve the right to change my rating if my lawn doesn’t look any better here in a couple months. Seems like a good company though and they came highly referred.

This is for the tree and shrub service. They did not treat specific trees with what was recommended by my professional tree service that pruned the trees, just a generic treatment for every tree & shrub. Sales Rep on phone had told me that yes, the service tech would know what each tree needed. But I guess I’m not surprised as they didn’t even come out before hand to make an assessment. Canceled future treatments.

We’ve loved having TruGreen. We were hesitant at first as we’re new home owners however this has proved to be a great investment and will continue with this company.

TruGreen has been amazing, responsive, on time and our yard, trees and shrubs have never looked better. All at an affordable cost.

If I could give zero stars I would. My husband and I called and set up a service plan for our house. They said our first service would be Tuesday, then they said Wednesday, then they said that they would definitely come on Thursday. Then they said they would come on the following Monday. I was rescheduled 4 times with out any sort of communication. Customer service was no help since they send you to a call center. When I called Thursday they said my first service would be free which would be appreciated if they ever showed up in the first place. No one showed up the following Monday either claiming they couldn't find our house, which is strange because simply calling me would have solved this problem!! All days that they said they were coming I was waiting at home for someone to show up because they don't even give you a time frame for when someone will show up.
Would never recommend this place, cannot believe how horrible of a experience I had with this company.

I love they take care of my lawn, and the mosquitoes. Their suggestions on better lawn care are most appreciated

My technician for today’s application was Jimmy Scott and he was excellent in application service and reviewing what today’s application entailed. Gave me a summary of health of lawn and identified for me a type of grass that was present in my lawn besides the Kentucky Blue Grass. Also gave me recommendations on maintaining health of lawn

Adding was really professional and a great kid! We have had a couple of people over that were questionable about efficiency and customer repor! But Adin was great 👍

Very nice technician, but did not give us any instructions for pet safety or method of application before they left. When called and wanted to speak to local office, could only speak with a national call center. Wanted to confirm method of application. Prefer to deal with local office. Also we did not receive pre-call for service.

Richard went above and beyond for our tree and shrub application today. He is very much appreciated.

Our technician today, Nathan was great! He took time to listen and was very knowledgeable with his responses to our questions. We would like to have Nathan do our next service, please.

Absolutely terrible experience with this company. They were never here more than 5 mins and we have a 6,000 sq ft yard. They proceeded to spray new grass we had requested not be sprayed. Come to learn when canceling the service they were supposed to take soil samples and had never done that. I recommend never using this service, very unprofessional and Absolutely zero communication between technicians and the office.

I left truegreen for a season as I didn't like the service or results I was getting, so I've decided to try it again leave once shame on me ,leave you again shame on you

TruGreen did a great job in the service they provided, eliminating the weeds we had as well as fertilizing.

Richard is awesome, does a great job and care about his customers. Your office should take lessons. He is the ONLY one who has given me GREAT customer service. Your corporate office is awful. Because of him, I’m staying with the company instead of looking for service with other companies.

I have been a TruGreen customer for about 5 years now, My grass this spring looks the greenest it has ever looked this early in the spring. Thank you to the amazing of Travis, out of the Loveland location, my grass is the best I have ever seen it in April. Looking forward to seeing how it looks over the next few months, as well. True Green has done my yard for 8 years. My yard is the greenest, weed free and mosquito free lot in the neighborhood. People always stop to compliment our yard. I just walked outside and snapped a picture of our yard! It always looks fantastic.

We had issues with billing and adding services we didn’t want years ago. I called for a quote today, after deciding to give them another chance. All I wanted was an ash tree treatment and of course they tried to upsell me on a five treatment plan for all of our trees for $389 a visit. They didn’t even ask how many trees we have so how can they quote it? This company is so overpriced and try too hard to sell services people don’t want or need.

Our technician arrived at our home, rang our doorbell and told me what he was doing for our lawn today. He asked if I had questions and gave me some tips. He was friendly and very customer service oriented. Great company to have to take care of fertilizing, weed control, aeration, reseeding, etc.
