Tried to call and ask about pricing and they tried to high presser sell me something I didn't ask for while telling me they can't even provide the service we need. We will never use your company this is a huge red flag. You sound desperate.

I believe I had five applications all together, counting the aeration and overseeding I just had done today. I must say that my experience certainly depends on the technician that shows up. Some are done way too quickly, and totally ignore the edges and small areas of my lawn. Roscoe and Nathaniel get an A+ from me as they both took time to talk to me and we're very thorough in their applications. They say you don't have to be home during the service, but now I know that I will talk to whoever shows up, and keep watching them while they work. I have way too much crabgrass and sticker grass in the peripheral areas of my lawn due to lazy edging.

Very friendly and explained what he did. Would recommend him to any one else who would want True Green fir their lawn care. Logan was great!!

Xavier showed up at my door at the perfect time. He was very nice. I’ve been on the fence for years using TrueGreen but thanks to him you have a customer. The first application has been applied, lawn is already starting to look good!!

If this is how u want your yard to look then go ahead hire them but nothing but bad news with them all broken promises and and numerous u answered calls.

Your service men tell me what they are going to do before they start and then do it as they told... no problem. They are courteous and heed any additional instructions I have. I have found your charges to be price. Previously I had hired a local lawn care service and they proved to be unreliable and tended to view any of my additional requests unreasonable... not a good business tactic. Additionally their price was quite a bit higher for the same services.

Tru Green service today was quick and efficient. Great service! Our lawn is as green as it’s ever been. Our frequent rain has helped too.

I used them a few years ago but cancelled because they'd call and relentlessly try to sell me more. I decided to give them another try last year. For the price I pay, I don't know why my yard is still full of weeds...especially the sharp thistles.
When I try to call and cancel service, they have an option to cancel but you sit on hold forever. Finally someone picks up, they don't talk but I can hear them breathing into the phone. When I said something about how that's bad business, they hung up.
I called back and talked to Jonathan, who took care of it after doing everything he could to keep my business. I appreciated that and decided to change from 1 to 2 stars.
I really don't know if they helped with my yard. If I can't make it look just as good or better myself, maybe I'll hire them again (or someone else) in the future.

I talked to Richard W before the service about all my trees. He was very professional and understanding. Outstanding coverage and timely. Trees have remained bug free since TruGreen started treating them.

John & I met. He clearly described what he's doing today. I asked about future and he explained steps/stages. He was very kind & courteous. I liked him and found him to be inviting questions. Very good!

Terrible company. Had them come out to areate, theft left plugs all over the driveway and did an area we told them not to do as we planted new grass. I also found the guy went over our concrete edging, spun out throwing rock, and left black marks and deep scratches on the edging. Next day they fertilized, I came home and our new drivewaythat was poured 3 weeks ago was completely covered with fertilizer, alot that smashed got smashed ino it. I watched the ring and the guy walked across the driveway and had to have had the spreader wide open. I called the local number and got someone in the carrbiean who said they would note it on account and let local supervisor know, but could not come out today as it had to be scheduled. I have blown the driveway off twice and still getting fertilizer. Not first time, we had bad burned spots in yard last year, checked the ring and the tech has cleaning out the hose on that area. We will see if I hear from them and how they will fix the damage. I would never recommend them, too many lawn care companies out there to put up with this stuff.

Thought this service would help me get my lawn spruced up but hasn’t been helping at all got a 2nd free respray didn’t help much still got ants and thistle and then when they came back to respray the 3rd time for free I was charged meanwhile the tech never even sprayed the area where I explained my issue was (the backyard) instead he spent maybe 5 mins in the front yard then left. Customer service is nice but I get the feeling there techs are not doing their job.

Highly recommend the mosquito spray. So nice not getting eaten alive when mowing or just being outside. TruGreen does a great job!

If I could give a lower score than 1 star I would. I hire them for a spring and fall applications which started in the fall of one year (2022)and was to end in the spring of the next year (2023). After watching the applicators apply the treatments I decided to cancel the service after the spring application. Unfortunately that next fall they kept sending me notifications of another scheduled application. I had to call them back several times saying that I cancelled the service in the spring and if they come out it will be a free application as I will not pay them. Then they called me January of 2024 saying I they had me scheduled for my spring application in April. I called them back again and told them I already cancelled the service last year and if they come out I would not pay them. Now today, 4/1/24 I get a voice message on my phone they again have me scheduled for an application on 4/2/24. I called back one last time. I asked the person who answered if the phone call was recorded. He said yes. He confirmed to me they have another application scheduled for my yard tomorrow. I made It very clear to him that I had already cancelled the service several times before. I also said I was glad the call was recorded as I would not be paying for any unauthorized applications and if they come out it would be considered a free service. It was terrible service for the applications they previously provided. If you use this Company, you need to watch them very closely when they are applying the applications, because unless something has changed, it was terrible. In addition, it has been the worst with regard to trying to cancelling the service. I do not want anything to do with this company again. I would not use this company even if they offered an application for free. Very questionable and fraudulent practices.

Green is a great lawn service. It had transformed our lawn. The technicians are personable and professional. We have a whole new lawn thanks to TruGreen.

The technician was friendly, and willing to answer the questions I had. The lawn treatments are starting to show results.

My yard has been a tough one. But Darius keeps applying weed kill and now were seeing progress. Back yard still needed some help, thus Darius reapplied weed kill in areas still needing help. Thistles are tough to kill but Darius is helping me get rid of them. Very friendly and helpful. He even helped me get my lawn mower down hill in backyard. Thanks for reapplying weed care where needed, before fertilization.

Been using their service for 3.5 months so I gave plenty of time for things to kick in. In that time we still have weeds and my dogs are covered in fleas. My dogs go nowhere but in the backyard where its supposed to be treated. I called to cancel service and when the girl couldn't get me to stay on all niceness went out the door. I was flabbergasted! Then another girl called back to offer 2 free services by a super or manager or something like that. Or they'd refund 2 payments to stay on. I just paid for 3.5 months worth for nothing. So disappointed. If you use them just be diligent and check around your yard. Dont wait like I did and throw away $150 A MONTH! You do the math

HORRIBLE company! 0 STARS! For everyone who has trouble getting them to come out, just cancel. I canceled with them because they messed up my parent's lawn and would not make it right.Last week, while out of town, I get a text that someone is coming to spray. I immediately called them to tell them I did not want service. They said no problem, they already charged my card but will refund me. About 20 min later, I get a notice from Ring that someone is in my yard. I see a man spraying my garden. When I got home this week, my roses and lawn looked really jacked up and yellow. All the new grass I planted is dead. When I left, I had a lush yard, and this company totally browned it up AFTER I canceled my services. They are not careful with the use of their chemicals. I suspect they hate the environment because the flag they usually put up was laying in the sidewalk, so they litter as well as kill plants.

I know most don't opt for their natural product, but it's sold on their website as TruNatural and it's toted as ONLY natural and organic. Never mind the promised "consultation" never happened. And there was never any discussion about "optional" weed control. They came and laid down 4.3-0-1.3 + crabgrass and weed control. When I called to complain that synthetic fertilizer and unauthorized weed killer was used they defended their use of the products. I was asked if my lawn "looks bad" and was told that the weed killer was "iron-based" so it qualifies as natural. No rebuttal at all to the fact that 4.3-0-1.3 is synthetic and by definition NOT natural or organic. Eventually I said I would no longer argue this fact and I just want my money back. They eventually obliged. IF they had said to me "oops, yeah that was the wrong application, our fault" I would not be writing this. But they didn't. They tried to weasel their way out of it. I don't trust that there is a natural/organic application at all based on the conversation I just had. And so I believe they are likely purposefully misleading their customers and this service is fraudulent. So here we are. Don't give these people your money. Plenty of hard working and honest people out there who deserve it more.

Update: good news is I did get money back. I prepaid for a years worth of service and they returned my money for services not yet rendered. They did NOT refund me for service they did that was either incorrect or fraudulent per my above review.

This is the single greatest lawn service company. They will make sure you are happy their 100% guarantee with all of their services they offer. From lawn care to fleas, ticks and mosquitoes. I saw one mosquito after they came out for the service and they came back out the next day and did it again free! They said the same goes for the lawn but I have yet to have any issues with that, not only is it growing thick, fuller and greener than it ever has but it was super affordable and they came out and even took a soil sample so they knew exactly what my lawn needed. A+++ would recommend to everyone.
