Called and ordered material from us and we delivered now he won’t pay us or return our calls

For the most part the work done was ok. Towards the end it became apparent that: 1. it wasn’t going to take as long as was quoted 2. there wasn’t any old material that had to be removed but I was charged for removal. 3. There were a couple of places deck screws weren’t put on. I was told I would get a deduction on price, which I ask for topsoil & deck screws. It’s been a week and several phone calls and now they are ghosting me. Had other projects in mind but won’t call them☹️

Blake isn’t even worth 1 star. He is a crook and doesn’t keep to his word!He ruined my property catch basin . I had to have it replaced. After several attempts of trying to reach him to correct his warranted mistakes, he has ignored all of my calls and texts. Blake Brown is a rip off and anyone who has had work done by him and has been happy is just luck. It is my understanding from several people that I have talked to that he has screwed them out of payment due whether it be nursery supplies i.e. bushes flowers etc. he does not stand behind his work. If he breaks it you cannot count on him to fix it.

Excellent experience with Blake, start to finish. Quality workmanship and professional crew. We love our new outdoor space and would highly recommend Blake to anyone.

PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY, DOES TERRIBLE WORK. I would rate his work at zero stars if it would let me. He'll tell you he's going to come back, he just never shows up. I had him install a lawn , when I asked him how much topsoil he was using, he told me dirt is dirt and didn't use any topsoil the lawn never took. I had to hire a professional lawn install company, Everlast, who, by the way, did a really nice job. I had him do a paver patio in the back of my house, he has the wrong level on the patio, it should have a slight off level from the back to the front, for water drain, but not from the front of the patio, side to side, when I asked him about the front not being level, he told me the water needs to drain that way, he also uses concrete as his paver restraint (see photos below). I asked him to come back and remove the concrete restraint and level the patio the correct way, he said he would but he never showed up. He did my front landscaping and put a TREE about two feet from my house, asked him to come back and move it out, said he would, but, again, never showed. I ended up doing it myself. My experience with Blake Landscaping was terrible. Actually, If he had only done what he said and can back and fixed my issues this would be a totally different review.

Blake and his team recently installed a patio and fireplace at our home. They did an exceptional job and it has transformed our backyard. We have gotten countless compliments and have even referred Blake’s to several people asking. Blake’s design ideas are next level. Would definitely recommend.

Blake has managed my landscaping almost from the time I moved in. Everything was nice but old, so he came up with a new updated design that worked very well for my property. I always feel that my property looks polished and finished because of his work. And a nice added bonus is that I can ask Blake to do other jobs for me around my house and he's quite willing and able to do just about anything I ask. I not only appreciate his excellent work, but he's turned out to be a fine friend. I can highly recommend Blake and his company.!

I called quite a few local mowers/landscapers in Ravenna. I texted them too if they had a cell phone.
None of them replied except Levi! I recommend them highly. One because they return calls and two they do a good job! Thanks again Levi!
