Matt answered all my questions about my lawn. After fertilizing my lawn, he asked if I had any more questions and let me know when he will be back next. I’m very pleased with Matt and look forward to seeing him again.

I’ve been a long time user of TruGreen however was dissatisfied with their services. And I’ll be honest with you. I’ve never been happier using Rankin! My lawn finally is Green, healthy, and weed free! Thank you so much!

Matt found me in the far back yard blowing leaves. We discussed treatment options that worked around my leaf removal since I was only half finished. He then quickly completed the treatment. Outstanding service.

I called to cancel my lawn treatment service this week; was sent to voice mail. Left all pertinent identifying information about my account in my request to discontinue service. Yet today there is a treatment flag in my yard…. Going to let this one go as a “crossed in the mail” situation. Just know leaving a voice mail may not be the way to communicate. But speaking to a representative wasn’t an option either.

Jaxson has always done a great job. He is polite, he is a great asset to your company.

Canceled my service several times yet they still show up and try to do a service. If you’re even days late on a payment - boy do they harass you every single day by phone, text and email. Stay away, a company that cares only about your money and not your yard.

Last time they were here - they put down to much fertilizer on a 90 degree day in some spots and killed multiple areas. Months later I still have dead spots with visible leftover fertilizer.

I’m not sure how Matt did as I’m no expert on what he should be doing. He was here for about 10 mins. One thing we would like is a text letting us know when you are coming, though. They would be good! Thank you.

The lawn tech guy seemed nice, but I’m very concerned that it was done today because it’s supposed to rain in the next few minutes for the rest of the day. I don’t see how this will be effective. I prefer the treatment to be done on a warm dry day.

Jamal did an excellent job at my property. He was also professional in explaining what he was about to do. He can provide services at my home anytime.

Matthew took the time out of his busy schedule to talk to me abt my lawn. I have not been happy with our old lawn care service. He made a few suggestions to help me decide. He sprayed the weeds I was complaining about and they started dying the same day

This is my first time using your service and I have to say that I am impressed so far. Rylan was very polite and explained what he was going to do before he started, then cleaned everything up with a leaf blower after he was finished. Good job!

Jaxon is always the epitome of professionalism. He lets us know he has arrived and makes certain it’s a convenient time for us to get the lawn treated. He does a stellar job and our lawn has never looked better!

Ciara did an excellent job today. She was very attentive to what she was doing and extremely thorough and making sure that she covered every square foot of my property. She also did a very efficient job of making sure that she cleaned off all of the fertilizer that may have fallen onto the edge of my cement driveway. Please make her my permanent lawn service technician from Rankin!

Matthew came out today to do my first application of the season. As usual they did a great job but i have to say Matthew went above and beyond. After the application he grabbed his leaf blower and cleared my driveway, front steps, deck, and back patio of all the debris that had recently came down from a wind storm. I have to say I’m thoroughly impressed with making that extra effort. Thank you!

Jaquan did a great job on my lawn today! He is an excellent communicator and has a very pleasant demeanor.

Dominic did a great job, very personable and I happened to be outside when he arrived. He introduced himself and we talked for a bit and He asked if I had any questions.
Seemed to be a good young man.

We are in our second year with Rankin Lawn Care and the improvements are really visible, with far fewer dandelions and other weeds than last year. Grass is growing really well and is getting complimented by friends and neighbors.

Your representative was polite and very professional. Give her a raise lol

Since it is no longer Rankin the service was just add with out permission. I canceled the automatic tick and flea treatment and they still did it. It was a good company before they sold out. I would not recommend them as I have canceled there services and will be going elsewhere.

Adam was good. Price is the highest quote I received but my neighbor’s lawn looks pretty good. Giving you guys a shot on a trial basis.
