Matt was great. very polite and professional. Besides grass seeding we have the aeration done very pleased with him. He text me before he came. He text me when he left. I loved it.

I was getting a little concerned about the state of my lawn this year, especially after a mix-up with an application that was missed, but then Kaneif showed up and he was fantastic! He took extra time to talk with me and explain how he was going to go the extra mile to make sure that the weeds and other lawn issues were being treated properly. He really knew his stuff. Great job Keneif - very impressive technician!

Ronnie always does a excellent job. He rings the door bell and explains what service you're receiving. Professional and knowledgeable.

I use Pro Turf and Pro Pest because i have used them all, but PT is the most consistent and top notch out there, but their prices are always fair and competitive as well. I’ve been using them for years now and my yard is one of the best in the neighborhood with little effort on my part.

The technician was super polite and respectful. He was running behind schedule and kept apologizing about it but I didn't care about what time he came. I just wanted to make sure he was coming today. But he still apologized several times.

Jordan was very professional and kept us informed about what he was doing. He was good to inform us to keep our dog inside for an hour after the treatment!

Brett was very engaging and took time for me to show him areas of my yard to avoid va focus on. Thanks!

Our tech, Allen, has serviced our lawnin the past. He always does a thorough job and does not "rush" thru it. Thumbs up from me!

When I got home, there were mounds of dirt that I needed to smooth out. Really surprised that this wasn’t done by the technicians.

I love this team. They make my lawn look fabulous when I have them do it on a regular basis. I am starting over this year but trust them to make it amazing again!!!

Nice and friendly. It was so fast not sure how the whole yard could get done so quickly. I've never had it done so maybe it's that fast

I used this company for nearly 3 years for lawn service and about a year for pest control. Last year, I paid my 2025 lawn plan in full and moved to a different company for the start of 2026. Somehow, a tech still showed up at my house today and treated my lawn without my permission, and now they’re trying to charge me for it.

I never signed anything agreeing to automatic renewal, and I never got a phone call, text, or email ahead of time. The only notice I got was when the tech was already on the way, and by then I was unavailable.

That’s a really shady way to do business. This company did it to me once with the pest control, and once again with the lawn care. You shouldn’t be able to just show up, do work no one approved, and then send a bill. I’d definitely tell anyone thinking about using them to get everything in writing and ask very clearly about auto-renewal and cancellation.
