Landon T. Was most helpful on my shopping trip to Ellis Pottery. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. I purchased a couple bails of hay and he suggested that i pay first, drive around, and he took care of the rest. He made sure i had plenty of plastic to cover the inside of my car. He loaded the hay and took care of all my other purchases. Thank you Landon for all your assistance. You made my trip so easy.

I come here every year for Christmas either to just look for decorative ideas or to buy. Today they has it dark inside for you could enjoy the Christmas atmosphere. Just beautiful.

Pam Higdon is the best designer at Ellis Pottery! I have used her since my son was killed in 1997. She has made every headstone arrangement that has ever been placed there. She is truly interested in what her customers want. Pam is a keeper and deserves high recognition.

They do not have any respect for anyone including customers that have nut allergies. Not only have people collapsed at the door with allergies, but employees do not keep the knives separate and contaminates the fudge without nuts with a knife that previously cut fudge with nuts. So be careful if you have an allergy.

Really nice personality.i also purchased some pottery and Landon T another salesman help me load them into my SUV he was really nice and kind. Real friendly. Keep it up Landon! I'm always impressed with every visit to Ellis Pottery. There are so many beautiful decorations to choose from. Holiday decorations for every room in the house. The people that work there are warm and friendly, especially Laura who makes every shopping experience delightful.

Reminds me of when Red River Pottery was there. Haven't been back to Bossier in years so it was very nostalgic. It's bigger and has such a great variety of items, floral arrangements, and a huge live plant and tree area. Obviously, we highly recommend!

David was very helpful picking out mums and provided some suggestions on how to care for them.

Just finished some major Christmas decor shopping, and Maggie was phenomenal in helping out!

Today I was looking for a specific color in the mosaic lamp section. After several moments of searching the boxes, I walked over to one of the registers and asked for help. I had the pleasure of meeting Kim, and she took the time to help me locate the lamp with all the beautiful blues. Thank you, Kim - I'm so happy with my purchase and I appreciate the extra step you took to help me find exactly what I was looking for!

I truly enjoyed my shopping experience yesterday. The store had a large selection of new super cute Christmas decor. I spent way too much money. lol. The best part of my experience was at checkout. Coco, my cashier, was very sweet and patient. I had many items to check out. Most of it was flocked and/or glittery. She bagged flocked items together, glittery items together, and regular items together at my request. She never seemed to be bothered or put out to do this for me. She smiled and laughed with me during the whole transaction. Coco is definitely an asset to Ellis Pottery! She is the epitome of what great customer service should look like! ☺️

Can tell they aren't receiving the steady shipments they once did... Was sparse for the day before mother's day. The green eggs are missing in the outdoor section. Definitely isn't as "creatively cluttered" as in the past.. But beautiful flowers as always
