City of Shreveport hired this company to remove a storm fallen tree... They broke a window and knocked down a privacy wall ... When I complained to them... Was told it Wasnt their problem....now I have a broken window and my dog can't go out as yard no longer secure. Would NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

Response: No it has happened 3 times, I will not use your service again.

We contacted them to take care of the lawn (mow, edge, etc.). They were supposed to come on a Friday and they we had to call them Saturday to show up. Even though they were a day late, we asked them to put us on a two week schedule. They were supposed to come on Wednesday and we called and they said they would be there Thursday. I went a head and mowed then called and scheduled for another Wednesday. They never showed and never called. They did great when they showed up the one time they did. However, they aren't reliable and i would not recommend them.

It is the worst service in Shreveport and I believe in all of Louisiana and the customer service is worse

I love Jewitt Lawn Service. Renee‘s customer service is 5 star and they have been keeping my lawn looking amazing. This is my first house I’ve owned and it means so much to me for it to be maintained both inside and out. That’s where Sam comes in. They are the perfect team and I’m so happy I found them. I would recommend 5/5

I was a little disappointed. They didn't have a very good selection of plants. They didn't have anything that I was looking for.

Drive all the way out there to find out their garden center closes at 7:00. Okay, we're not included anymore. Why can't people have the right hours posted on the website?...
It clearly says that the garden center is open and the only reason I came out here is because of the garden center...

The location is definitely outdated but the staff are great. Went on black Friday and got an amazing deal on a Christmas tree.

Large assortment of plants veggies and herbs. I'm always able to find something for my yard Garden or a gift. Carries many varieties that local stores do not. Set up very nicely and easy to walk through and look.

Went to get my flowers for planting.
I had an injured knee in brace and on a cane pulling one of their wagons.I asked where a particular plant was and lady wth.brown hair and glasses pointed over there!!!!

I thought about leaving my wagon and just going!!!After she checked me out she said HAPPY GARDENING and walked off!!!
Never offered to pull cart to my car or help me load.
Just thankful i didnt fall!!!!

Very disappointing visit to Kirby Nursery. I found the owners son very rude and arrogant. He showed he had very little skill in customer service. I had purchased a $200 balled and burlapped specialty tree and after 2 months it died despite proper care. I visited Kirby Nursery to see if I could get a partial or full store credit. I was told, and I quote, "We do not guarantee anything. I don't know whay you did to it". This was a very surprising response, especially on a tree. When a business treats you unfairly, there is not much you can do. Hopefully this post will help others be cautious if they make a purchase at Kirby Nursery.

I am afraid I can not give a good review. They have such a good variety of good, healthy plants that I always buy more than I intended to.

This place is the best! Staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. It’s on my drive home from work so sometimes after a stressful day, I will pull in and walk through the nursery just to relax and admire the beautiful plants. Of course, I usually leave with something to add to my garden.

A very varied selection of well cared for plants, trees and shrubs. Prices were reasonable and the people working there were helpful.

This was our first visit to Kirby's nursery. The people were very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us choose our plants. They also have a great selection at great prices. We will be back.

It's always a great experience taking my boys to Kirby's. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and well-stocked for the season.

Great prices on a well curated selection of landscape plants, and great quality fruit trees in the spring. 50% of my trees from Home Depot have died but all 9 of my trees from Kirby are thriving.

I just went to Kirby’s Plants and got all of the plants I needed for a complete new landscape job in just one stop! Staff is very knowledgeable, helpful & their prices are the best around for their beautiful healthy flowers, trees & shrubs not to mention they stayed open longer for us to complete our order. Got our Christmas trees from here! Was my first time finally making it by there and it definitely won't be my last. The Kirby family was so gracious. They have a beautiful indoor shop set up and can't wait to see what they have in store for Spring!
