I have already recommended Kirby Plants to my coworkers. Affordable prices met with friendly service. There's a good selection of plants as well. This will be my go-to place for all seasons.

Healthy plants and a good variety. We go every spring to fill out our pots on the front stoop and back deck. Good selection of perennials and woody plants too.

Kirby Plants has very healthy plants and trees. I bought a magnolia here a couple of years ago and it is thriving. Helpful staff and good prices. A great place to shop local.

I’ve done business with Scott and Martha and their family professionally and personally for over 30 years. There are no finer and honest folks you will ever meet. Their business in Karns is excellent with superb variety, excellent quality, and very competitively priced.

We are very disappointed in Kirby Nursery. We bought three maple trees last fall. Two of the three are doing fine, but the third one didn’t make it. We took pictures of the tree to show them how it looked. They couldn’t tell us what to do for it, what was wrong with it or offer any help. They also didn’t offer a replacement or even a discount on a replacement tree. Totally unsatisfactory. Buying three trees should at least get us a discount.

Tried a few places in powell and it was so disappointing this year. Saw a recommendation for Kirbys and will ALWAYS go there in the future. Kirbys had a quiet beautiful shopping experience. All trees were various prices and also the best prices compared to others. Was SO nice. Cookies. Hot chocolate. Also they trim and put netting on your tree. Really goes above and beyond and wish we had found Kirbys sooner!! 10/10

I was happy to find a local garden center in my area. The prices of the garden veggie plants and herbs were much cheaper than the big box stores. I didn't have time to look at the flowers. The staff was very attentive and courteous. I will definitely go back!

A great place for a variety of plants, Christmas trees and Christmas Wreaths. Friendly helpful staff, easy to find off Oak Ridge Highway beside ORNL Federal Credit Union.In the heart of Karns community.

The staff there was very nice and helpful. I was able to get almost all my vegetables for my garden and a beautiful crêpe myrtle tree.

Kirby plants on oak ridge highway is such a great place. We went in looking for a particular gift and Leaha was super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

Kirby Plants is a fantastic place to get very healthy, great looking flowers and shrubs. I bought some Chrysanthemums today and I had my pick from so many in stock and every one of them looked perfect. I don’t think I could have possibly picked a bad plant. I got two Red/Orange and two Yellow. They’re beautiful! Prices are very reasonable. The owners are very friendly and helpful. This was my first visit here but I definitely plan to be back next Spring for next years plants. Thank You!!

Huge selection, super friendly and knowledgeable staff, good plants. Rows and rows of plants, good section of indoor house plants as well as outdoor patio plants, some pots but not the biggest selection of pots.

Simply the finest greenhouses in Knoxville. Huge selection. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Reasonable prices. If you are looking for plants there isn't any reason to go elsewhere.

I’ve had really great experiences at Stanley’s in the past, but unfortunately, my most recent visit was incredibly uncomfortable. I came in asking for help repotting a few plants — something they’ve assisted with before — and instead of a simple “no,” I was met with comments that made me feel belittled for even asking. I even tried to clarify that I understood if it wasn’t a service they currently offered, but the interaction left me feeling embarrassed and unwelcome. I truly hope this was a one-off experience, but it left a very negative impression.

Always a boost to my spirit and energy to visit, especially in the middle of cold, gray winter!
