We visit this nursery 2-3 times a season and have always had great selection and very polite staff offering assistance. We drive 40 minutes and pass several other nurseries and big box stores enroute. Their prices have blown competitors out of the water!

Great prices, selection and the best potting soil! Kirby's has a little bit of everything--vegetable plugs, annuals, perennials, shrubs, landscape and hardscape staples for your gardens. They have the best pumpkin selection in the fall too! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly--which makes asking questions so easy! Love this place ❤️

Accidentally found this place today driving around in the rain. We were pleasantly surprised by the inventory. Prices were very cheap for healthy starter plants. We will be going back for more..staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

This is a great place to buy plants and shrubs. Their stock is always so healthy and well-organized. They are also very friendly and helpful and can give you good advice on any of the things that they sell. I feel their prices are reasonable, also. I highly recommend them.

We went to Kirby Plants to buy our Christmas tree. It was a great shopping experience. At other stores, it has been difficult to find a pretty tree. I didn’t see any sad Charlie Brown trees at Kirby. The trees are displayed so that you can easily see them. Tony was very helpful. Kirby Plants is the best place to shop.

Great selections, they have a wide selection of flowering spring and summer flowers. Also if you are looking for herbs and tomatoes for your garden or patio, they have that too. Oh did I forget a good price on all also. Very pleased with them.

Wonderful selection of plants this year as in many other years that I have shopped here. You can find plants here that you will not find at Lowe’s or Home Depot. I was just looking for basic plants to make my own potted groupings, and that was difficult at Lowe’s and Home Depot this year, because they are mostly selling pots already put together. I like to get my hands dirty and put my hands in the dirt and make my own arrangements with my potted flowers. of course I have my favorite flowers that I seem to be able to grow the easiest and this year I had trouble finding them at the big box stores. I’m thankful to have nurseries like Kirby plants to shop at.

It's 1 year later, that I wrote my first review for this company.Yesterday, I invited myself back. If you are a landscaper, or a fun gardener looking to add to your outdoor landscape this season, this should be a MUST on your radar. Their plants are healthy and given lots of love. The prices will blow you away!! Unmatchable in the area. They have an excellent selection of trees, and a great assortment of flowering plants (not the same old, tired plants you find around town).

I can’t say enough great things about Kirby Plants! We went on a Saturday morning and came into contact with three different employees and they were all so kind and so knowledgeable. The prices were great and all of the plants were very healthy. We had a few questions and they were all answered thoroughly. We bought so many plants that they helped load our car too. You just don’t find people like this everywhere! This will be our first stop any time we are looking for any kind of plants.

Always pleased with Kirby’s selection and customer service, BUT especially pleased with their Christmas tree selection this year. We paid a little more there but absolutely worth it! Two tree farms in VA with a very sad selection but Kirby’s did not disappoint! Not a bad tree on the lot! Thank you!

Fantastic customer service and plants! Scott was so patient and walked around with us to help find the best plants for our yard and skill level. He went above and beyond and we will definitely be coming back.
